Rude Staff, Be Careful About Booking Terms and Pickup
I bought and paid for a 1 week booking and was clear all I wanted was one week. I then extended the booking and was clear again that I was buying and paying for 1 week's hire. They did not come to collect after the 2nd week and instead have now charged me for the days they LEFT IT AT MY PLACE even though I was clear I didn't want it after a week. They are making claim it's in their terms and conditions so be very careful before you hire as they're out to make an extra quid off people who might not read the small print. Also have charged me for a part they claim is damaged despite the man who collected not having said a word about any damage. I've not had any evidence about damage, and I took out the insurance as well. Be careful when booking this company. I tried logging my complaint with the owner and he was incredibly condescending to me on the phone so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
