Great customer service.
The products are as advertised, but it's the customer service that shines. My order was lost in transit. I emailed them and asked what to do. They replied with in a day and shipped a new order immediately (which made it this time). This is why I will only shop with them.

Placed an order on 12/31 on 1/8 I received an email stating it was shipped, called on 1/16 and was told it hadn't ship yet. The person I spoke with said they'd refund the shipping cost, which was nice but I'm still out 13.50 because I had to buy crummy E-juice from a gas station. Aside from the incredibly long wait time, why send an email saying it's shipped when the only thing that was done was a shipping label was printed. It's dishonest. How about not telling me it's shipped until it's been handed to the carrier.

Decent inventory and great coupons
They had a product I wanted at a good price Ange. I got an additional automatic 35% coupon that I wasn't expecting. Um, they they have good product line and from what I've seen so far. Good service It is taking a little bit longer than I thought. It should be shipped

I've been a customer here for over a year. First time I ordered, it took only 3 days to receive my purchase. Steadily the waite time to receive the same purchases has increased. Great experience
Have ordered from Central Vapors before and had no issues. This time was no different I even had to cancel an order and they did so in a timely manner even though it was Thanksgiving weekend. Seems to be a great company and has the juice that I need.
