I've just watched the DJ Audits video of this place, which involved two members of staff swearing at a member of the public and another member of staff making offensive hand gestures from an office window. Totally unprofessional and obviously don't care about public image.
Rude aggressive staff. Unable to string a sentence together without swearing.
When ordering from Argos, I have received so little communication about what is happening with my delivery. Argos blamed this company.
Apparently the main distributor for PS5 to other retailers. The distribution of products is very poor as I have ordered a PS5 from a retailer since Nov 2020 and still Centre Soft hasn't delivered the product to the retailer that I have ordered frim even though they have delivered PS5 to other retailers for the past couple of months. I have emailed this company many times and still no reply!
Have dealt with Centresoft over the past 6 months.
Have been genuinely a great help with supplying me great amount off stock at reasonable prices. Will be using Centresoft for future console orders.
In regards to your comment Alex. I know Centresoft was working their absolute best with the release of the ps5.
Poor suppliers.
Over a week before delivery of pre-order PS5 yet unable to amend the delivery address of the item. I've moved home and paid a load for my item but computer says no. They'll push your customer's problems down the road for them and the delivery companies to sort out.
I'll have to liaise with DPD on the day to make sure my item does not go to the wrong place despite advising of the address change last week (10/11). So run risk of loss of the item and will certainly miss that first weekend.
