Like many that I am seeing - I saw an ad; we wanted to test what this centurion growth (aka centurion acquisition) can do. And maybe see if they can product any results.
They seemed like he know what he was doing on the introduction call but of course... their work was terrible, always late, bad communication. There was no results in 30 days; and when we asked for a refund they ghosted us. $3k down the drain.
Unfortunately, the company failed to deliver on any of the promised services. No advertising campaigns were ever launched, and we had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic tasks completed. Despite promoting a “no risk” contract, this proved to be misleading. When we requested a refund three weeks into the engagement, after seeing no progress or content creation, the owner responded rudely and refused to cooperate.
We were ultimately forced to pursue a chargeback through our bank.
Update: Mastercard ruled in our favor after reviewing the evidence, recognizing the situation for what it was. We successfully recovered $4,500. Persistence pays off, don’t give up if you’re in a similar situation.
