Didn’t receive pills which I asked for…

Didn’t receive pills which I asked for in July and needed them before September for my wedding which ruined the way I wanted wedding to be like . I was told they may take month or so nothing but told can take longer which was too late and then still never turned up weeks later ! Very disappointed as needed those bits to help me train to look great for my wedding which I didn’t get to my goal . Very disappointing

I still haven't received the order

I still haven't received the order. I understand it was posted out and it may have been lost. However this is 2nd occasion this has happened so I have just given up

Good quality products but don’t be in a hurry for them to arrive they take Ages!! In my experience around 4/6 weeks. Don’t give up It’s not a scam / just very frustrating!!!

Still selling when they are out of stock

Used this company for many years without issue but the last 3 orders haven’t turned up, had to wait 60 days to reship/ reorder which has changed because it used to be 30 days. I suspect they have run out of stock and are still taking orders so be wary. Canadian regulation has changed regarding this main product they sell and there is a big shortage. I have been assured that they have plenty of stock in but looking at the other reviews it looks like no one is receiving anything.
Happy to change my review on the small chance they turn up/ or I’m refunded with out waiting 2 months.
They are still selling the product so if they can show me they actually have stock and not “shipping errors” etc I will take the review down.

Not impressed after being a customer for 15yrs plus

I’ve used this company for 15 yrs plus and my last 2 orders have not arrived when I contacted them I was told to wait 60 days before requesting a replacement or refund, it’s usually only 30 days, and despite my response that this is too long and after being long standing customer I pretty know when there is going to be a problem with the order they still insisted that I wait the 60 days and surprise surprise after the 60 days the orders still did not arrive. Unfortunately for me this means I will no longer use the company. Loyalty obviously counts for nothing!!

Really gone down hill

Really gone down hill. Have used them for years but will not anymore Package didn't arrive, waited over 2 months. Eventually refunded but the wrong amount, now will not release back the full amount claiming a bank error!!

DO NOT USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

No delivery after 2 months

I have ordered the same product over many years and never has it been so bad as this one.
I ordered in June and the package did not arrive after 2 weeks, I was told to wait till the 14th if August as the post has a delay and they do not track it so 2 months later frustrated no package, I have now requested a refund and will not be ordering from them again after many years of being a customer!

Only 1 because it wouldn’t take no…

Only 1 because it wouldn’t take no start!
Since September I haven’t had anything delivered. Been a regular customer for over 20 year. Not sure if someone else is running the place all I can say is I’ve been basically robbed over £300
Telling me to wait as there’s a problem with the air delivery and then turning on that date saying o only got 35 days to complain, by then I have lost money.
Never experienced this problem until last year!
