Great price . Filled the tank when the oil price had fallen temporarily. I would now pay over £150 more so Certas provided a massive saving.

I ordered 500 litres of Glowmax domestic oil on 4th July and was given a very reasonable quote, considering the prevailing oil market issues. The delivery was made promptly within 72 hours. I have always found the Company most sympathetic to the needs of their customers.

You make a complaint about them…
You make a complaint about them cancelling the order and leaving you without fuel and they write on Trustpilot they will look into your complaint. I followed up their comment and got the same answer. Unable to deliver fuel for quoted price, cancelled my delivery and refused to deliver. AVOID THIS SCAM FIRM and any response by them like the one below asking to e mail them falls on deaf ears it’s a generic response that does not get anywhere.
I’ve contacted customer relations and same response of “computer says no” Im going to small claims court to recoup the overpayment I’ve made to buy elsewhere and suggest others do the same particularity after the recent Governmemt ruling.
