Hello,
we understand that waiting more than 5 weeks can be frustrating. However, this was a very unusual spare part: Fork - Original Emak - K1200250R, a part that had only been sold once before in over 7 years of activity.
Unfortunately, some spare parts are not even kept in stock by the manufacturer and are produced or sourced only upon request. This can result in significantly longer lead times that are beyond our control.
The positive aspect is that we were actually able to obtain and deliver the part. Many other dealers simply refuse orders for these rare items because of the uncertainty and waiting time involved.
We regret the delay and any lack of communication, but we believe the fact that this hard-to-find part was successfully supplied should also be taken into consideration. 😊

We understand the frustration regarding the delivery time, but in this case the delay was caused by the supplier availability of the EMAK part ordered: **Guard - Original Emak - 4198115CR**.
This is an extremely rare spare part that had never been sold before, and approximately one month was the time required for the supplier to make it available. Unfortunately, some original spare parts can require long waiting times, and this was not due to a lack of service on our side.
We are still glad that the part was finally delivered successfully. 😊

We honestly do not fully understand the complaint regarding the delivery time. The delay was due to the part itself not being available from the manufacturer for several weeks.
We are one of the very few companies that still allow customers to order difficult-to-find spare parts and keep these special orders active until the items become available again. Many other sellers would simply cancel the order or refuse it from the beginning.

we do not agree with this 1-star review. We are a real company managing thousands of spare parts orders, many of which concern difficult-to-source items that can unfortunately experience long supplier delays.
Claiming that we are “not serious” simply because a spare part has not yet arrived after two months is unfair, especially without considering the supply issues that can occur with certain manufacturers.
We answer customer requests daily, although during peak seasonal periods responses may sometimes take longer than expected. If your issue has not yet been resolved, please contact us again via WhatsApp with your order number and we will check the situation immediately. 😊

later edit: your response does not justify the total lack of response to all the emails and messages sent. ZERO RESPONSE for 3 months after I made the payment !!! Do not blame BCS for your lack of respect for your customers! If it hadn't been for the chargeback, who knows how long I would have had to wait... years...

Il ricambio 581B2067 è un componente BCS molto particolare, mai realmente disponibile a magazzino e realizzato praticamente su richiesta specifica.
Purtroppo quest’anno BCS sta attraversando serie difficoltà produttive e logistiche, con forti ritardi sulle forniture.
Fortunatamente il materiale sta tornando progressivamente disponibile e stiamo facendo ogni giorno del nostro meglio per sollecitare continuamente i produttori e completare tutti gli ordini nel più breve tempo possibile.
