the goods were delivered to the wrong place and were not forwarded
The goods were delivered to Örnsköldsvik's shop instead of to my home. When I asked there if they could hand the package over to the post office and send it to me - the answer was "no, we can't". So I had to cancel the order. I would have to order the goods again. I don't know if I do. Cervera service is inadequate for me.

No stock items should not be placed on your website! Cervera website accepted my order, but no any update information in 10days until i sent a mail to ask. Then you tell me you have no stock and the order need to be cancelled! Bad experience bad customer service and bad webshop!!

I have ordered 2 items and only 1 of…
I have ordered 2 items and only 1 of them was delivered. I wrote and also called Cervera and was told that the missing item is out of stock and they will get back to me for updates. It's been almost 3 weeks now since I made the purchase and still nothing from Cervera. Very unfortunate experience and I will avoid ordering next time.
