Apple.es use Cetelem as micro loans processor, I've bought several Apple products and financed them with Cetelem with no issues, as I got the Spanish nationality the nightmare begins, dozens of calls and several Email just to update my identity From residence card to National ID card. and worst customer support ever after 2 years an employee tells me that I need several certificates to update my data which neither my bank nor several CC cards issuers asked me to provide, Now I'll keep my old data and I'll never use apple.es nor Cetelem.es
I thought nobody worst then AliExpress but no no Aliexpress is way better than their CS, I was thinking how Apple uses 1.3 rated bank but checking they already have 2.2 then no surprise haha!

This is the stupidest company ever
This is the stupidest company ever. Really disappointed in Apple that they are working with them. Went to Apple Store traveling for two hours. What can go wrong, it’s a simple financiation. I work and live in Spain for 5 years. owning a house and have 4x average salary. And I get denied 🤣. Lucky I called my bank and everything went smoothly. It's sad that in Europe they are denying people based on ethnicity

Awful
No alerts. No virtual cards. Incompatible with MB NET. Poor support. Listed e-mail addresses don't work. Most e-mails are ignored, you must spam multiple addresses multiple times to get a reply from a no-reply address ~1 month later dismissing your feedback instead of using it to improve their services. They call you from random numbers, then reply your e-mails saying they couldn't reach you instead of addressing your inquiries in their e-mail.
