Bought 2 sweaters as a gift for my daughter stationed in England. She absolutely loved them. She sent me pics of her wearing both and she looks adorable. Thanks for having clothing that no one else has. It’s nice to be one-of-a-kind!

I received my beautiful sweaters in a timely manner and the fit was perfect . Just in time for these frigid temperatures

I ordered 3 items. I received a defective sweater in the order and attempted to return it. I paid $55 for it. They offered for me to keep it and refund $10. I had a damaged, defective sweater so a $10 refund was not satisfactory. I just wanted to return it or exchange for a different item.
Eight emails later, I still have no refund or return information. Order at your own risk! It had better fit and not be defective. Otherwise, it’s a huge waste of money.

Pants are a little long

I ordered 2 sweaters. The fabric shown on the one sweater is very different in the photo online versus the actual sweater. Very cheap looking in person. The second sweater, sizing is very off. It's at least 2 sizes smaller than what they say (ie a medium is more like an XS).

Product was delivered as described. Very happy. Would like to see more communication throughout processing and delivery. Would highly recommend!

A shit company….items ordered have taken forever to come….

I was happy with the process so far. Unfortunately one item I ordered was not in with the other 3 items and 2 of the 3 items didn't fit.

Sleeves are long but nice sweater.

I placed my order was notified of the expected delivery date and they arrived as stated.

Placed an order which never showed up. The website says the item was delivered and shows a package on a front doorstep, but it is not mine.
I have reached out several times to ACI Logistix explaining, but I only get an email saying they will contact me in 10 minutes only to get another email showing me how to search.

I received my order in a timely fashion. The two sweaters I ordered were as shown and very comfy!

I like all 3 sweaters and it was worth the wait.

The red sweater is very chick! I received a lot of compliments right off when I wore it.

What made the experience great are the sweaters look exactly like the pictures 🤩
Plus received products very quickly!

Item is exactly as pictured. Good quality and fit.

The items were beautiful and packed so well. Hopefully it cools down enough for me tom wear them this winter.
