Mixed feelings
Plus: The product is very good, the way to make the cards was easy.
Negative: Payment experience was very bad. Two times it crashed but still money was deducted from my account. Including the last working attempt I paid three times for one set of cards. Instead of being notified proactively I needed to call customer service and was promised the money would be returned within 2 weeks. Good luck to me then.
Price is on the high side

Photo book is good. No enough information on delivery.
The email that informs about delivery doesn't have the tracking code. It took a long time between the email and the actual delivery. It would be much better if I can track the delivery.

Good service
To create a product is quite simple and doesn't take much time. You don't have to download software for it. I did not like that I had suddenly €1.99 extra design costs on my invoice but after putting the effort in creating the product I did not want interrupt my purchase (I guess that was the plan right?). Delivery was quick (ordered Sunday, received on Wednesday). The product was of excellent quality. I received even envelopes to the postcards. The package for 10 postcardsand envelopes though was huge. I would suggest to reduce the size of the cardboard box a little to make it more environmental friendly. However the box kept its content save. All in all goed service. I will order again. Thanks for the service.

Just one big let down
Software was easy to use, and quickly uploaded my finished book.
Service from CEWE was quick.
Prints in my book were perfect on glossy photo paper.
Just one big let down.
My photo book was a wedding album, and I wanted the best photo paper available, but the only cover I could order was a Hard cover, If I had ordered a Leather or Linen cover I could only have the normal non photo paper. seems to me to defeat the object of trying to produce a Quality Luxury Album.
As it turned out my wedding album, in its presentation box looks cheap poor quality, with even blaren ,or bubbles under the inside covers. CEWE say they cannot produce a photo book with Photo paper and a Linen cover because of the binding,
but other companies manage to do it, why not CEWE?
