I am depressed with Chabber because i have opened account here for part time job but still my account is not active.I have uploaded all my documents 6 times but they rejected my documents without any valid reason. I emailed them 10 times and called them but they are saying they are fixing it but they still have not fixed it.It so frustrating.
I had a bug with my account and Chabber team was super fast to solve it and also very kind. Thanks so much
Found two shifts through them so far. It is difficult at the beginning since it is pretty based on rates and reviews, so you may need to go far away to remote places at first in order to get some job. Moreover, employers tend not to care about reviewing after the shift, so you may end up with "2 job taken with 0% satisfaction" on your profile, I guess it counts % of "cancellation" most. Custumer service is great and they reply to all kind of requests.
Very good app and service, great to work when you want and choose what you want, only small thing is sometimes it can be hard to get paid for the extra time you do, but that is more a problem coming from the companies than from Chabber.
I had some problems with my documentation as well but turns out it was just me who uploaded it badly (and they told me what the problem was so i could do it properly).
Customer service is also very effective and even calls you if there is any problems, or sends a lot of reminder mails. I would recommend you try it but that would mean less good jobs for me hehe ;)
I made a profile to work my part time using Chabber, and I uploaded all the documentation needed. I got my profile rejected, with all my documentation stated as not valid, I resend by mail about 3 times, and I asked for feedback at least 10 times. Bear in mind that my documentation is very valid.
Im still getting ignored, while receiving emails about jobs I could have taken. Ive spoken to the Customer Service, who promised to have a look at it, resend all my documentation a few times and nothing.
I might as well being ignored here too.
Just a fantastic way to hire or seach for a job. I've been with Chabber since they launched in 2017, and i'll never stop using the platform. Keep up the good work team Chabber :-*
