The jackets are great & unique! Not only that, but very comfy & well detailed, with good high quality materials to last. Items shipped the following day & arrived very quickly. I look forward to buying new releases in the future :)

Had ordered a pair of shorts that got lost in transit, customer service got back to me as soon as possible to help fix the issue and was very helpful and understanding of the situation. I’ve ordered a handful of times in the past as well and have had no other issues, would absolutely recommend!

I put the wrong shipping address in and within five minutes of emailing customer service they corrected the address.

I made my first order and had several problems with DHL, I was very doubtful on having support via email. However the response is super fast, they acknowledged my issue and were very empathetic. They explain the process and give you solutions. I can’t rate them with 5 because I am waiting for my reshipment. But in terms of costumer service I can guarantee a fast response and effectiveness they do deserve a 5 star service!

When I ordered the Bret Hart retro shorts, I messed up and put my old address in the delivery details using the autofill on my smart phone. I emailed the customer service at chalk line at 2130 hours on a Friday night and got an immediate reply. The customer service team quickly changed the shipping address without any issues. I did not expect a reply to my email until the Monday morning at the earliest. Best customer service I have ever had.

Horrible email communication. They will lie and say they emailed you but never did. They will refuse to cancel your order even before it ships. They will cancel items in your order and request that if you want them to pay the higher price with $12 shipping. Very horrible experience and communication. AVOID!

I messed up and did not put my apartment number on my order, so the item was sent back to retailer. I was pretty mad (as I did not realize i forgot the apartment number) and contacted customer service. They responded within 5 minutes, maybe not even that long and immediately fixed the issue. They reordered my jacket for me (just in the nick of time as there was only one singular jacket left in my size) and were nothing but nice, speedy, and handled the issue with care. Big win for the Chalk Line customer service team, I’ve never experienced such fast and kind online customer service. Thank you so much!

HOWEVER, I contacted the company and their responsiveness and excellent customer service absolutely exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Chalk They were willing to provide a refund or an exchange. Every step of the return process was seamless. I don't often find this type of excellent customer service.
