I ordered this on April 25th and it’s now May 10th and it still hasn’t arrived. I was under the impression shipping would take 7-10 days. While I have been tracking it’s progress it still seems to be a few days away. Way too slow!

WARNING IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS LOST
WARNING!
When you make an order and the package gets lost or stolen the support is very bad will not help you to make a reclaim or nothing.
My package is still gone and I made an police report and everything and still they can’t help me.
It the senders responsibility to make sure it gets delivered to the customer hands.
They buy the cheaper version and send it to your door and not to a postal agent even though I did not accept that.
So be very careful when ordering from THIS WEBSITE.

Custom shoes usually take 15 days to produce. Your order was arranged for shipment when the production was completed. I have explained it to you in the email, and the instructions for custom shoes are also displayed on the website.
We apologize again. Your order was placed on November 18th. The production time is about 15 days, plus the shipping time is about 10 days. Therefore, it usually takes about 25 days to receive the package.
