No Call No Show

Chambers Overhead Doors responded to a problem I was having with my garage doors. Patrick sent a repairman named Garrett to fix the doors. The repairs cost $845. A serious problem arose with the garage doors and I called on Tuesday, June 18th. I received one call back and missed the call. The garage door motor was set to the highest most powerful setting causing stress well beyond the door and motor limits and with the other door Garrett shifted the door so far over, there were moving parts scraping up against stationary parts. Again causing unnecessary stress on the door structure. Another appointment was made. My wife made arrangements to take off work to meet Patrick. Patrick did not call and did not show up for the appointment. Patrick has proven to be extraordinarily selfish. Patrick promised a warranty and had no intentions of supporting his work if he did not make repairs the way it should have been. We had to have someone come in and fix his incompetence with someone much more reliable and we had to pay again and the repairman was actually laughing at the job he did and stating it was absolutely his fault.
