Returns can go wrong.
Products were great but did not fit, Customer service were friendly and advised returned them to Estonia, and they would then exchange. This was an expensive interaction, especially as I had to have it signed for and recorded. However the package did not arrive to the Chamber's warehouse and the company were not able to help me.
