Had Champion out to talk about replacing 30 year old windows. Joe Manzari was great at explaining all the features and warranty.
They were the best windows I had seen after talking to others.

Decided to use Champion again to buy an entry door/storm door. They did my windows 23 years ago and I have been very satisfied. Working with Chris has been great!

The champion representative, George, came to check out an issue I was having with the caulking around my sunroom roof. He was on time, extremely polite and explained in easy to understand terms why I was having the issue and what Champion was going to do to solve the problem. I was excited to hear this because I love my sunroom! I was called by a representative that day to set up an appointment for George and a team member to come back and repair the issue. A convenient appointment was set. I appreciate the professionalism and politeness of all involved.

We were shown the products by Drake Law. He was very clear and concise with his presentation. We found him knowledgeable when answering our questions. Great customer service skills. We have not made a decision yet but Champion seems to be a quality product.

We called Champion about new windows & they sent out a great guy named Mark Watkins. He was very likable, knowledgeable, honest, & spent a lot of time to help us find the best windows for both our needs & budget with no pressure. We were impressed by him, his professionalism & Champion's quality. I cannot imagine a better experience when it comes to buying windows.
Although they haven't been installed yet, I feel confident & excited about our purchase. I know they are going to greatly improve the look & value of our home. This company is aptly named as they are indeed Champions.

The salesman was very thorough and professional the only problem is their product is way overpriced like just about all the upper tier windows are today ridiculous what the cost is but that's just the way things are

Marty Stein was very thorough. He was knowledgeable and knew his product well. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Marty was able to meet our needs with product as well as pricing. I highly recommend Marty knowing he has great character as well as an honest person.

Can't even get a quote from them. I scheduled one a month and a half ahead for when I was taking some time off work anyway and they just never showed up. I called to find out what was going on and they told me it was a mix up on their end and asked if they could reschedule. I'd picked that week specifically because I wasn't working, and the only weekend appointment they had was in another three weeks. Things happen, so I went ahead and scheduled that, but the day came and I got a phone call about 40 minutes before my appointment to say they weren't going to make it due to a scheduling conflict. They say third time's the charm, but I wasn't really interested in trying for a third appointment that I would have to wait another month for.

Sales / factory representative Joe Oliveira was exceptional in every way: helpful and pleasant to work with with a direct approach. Thanks for a really good purchase experience.

The installers Travis and Antonio, arrived exactly on time and were so courteous and extremely helpful. The install went much quicker than I anticipated and they took the time to explain and exhibit the operation of the windows. They cleaned up the worksite beautifully. So happy with the whole process.

Excellent product presentation by Kim, and all of my questions were answered. Quality products with an outstanding warranty. I appreciated the pricing breakdown and promotions. I am happy with my decision to purchase replacement windows from Champion.

I have a door by Champions already and love it so I am getting another one and Chris is so wounderful help with everything that I needed.. Chris is great of what he does I just love him and Champions..
