The whole team at Champion are amazing. They walked us through every step of the process. Great pricing and great products. The install team does top notch work, speedy, accurate, and very professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was complete. I highly recommend Champion!!!!!

Logan Mercado was very professional and totally knowledgeable on his product and company. As a former sales and marketing professional, Logan is the type of salesperson that every company wants on their team.

Your Factory Rep George Gibson explained the product extremely wełl. He went into great detail explaining the construction of the window.

The representative (Richard) showed up on time and was both knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt well informed and believe I received honest information. I was happy to place an order with him.

Matt Buffalo was friendly, thorough and helpful answering my questions and concerns. There demonstration was helpful to see the differences.

I called this company to ask them to remove me from their mailing list but the representative claimed they could not do that. The rep also failed to direct me to a corporate number.

Someone from the Champion Windows & Home Exteriors team has seen this review, reached out to me, and manually removed me from the mailing list. I give them points for that, and I'm grateful, but it shouldn't take complaining on a third party site to get your attention.

We love our Champion windows! They made a huge improvement to our house and dressed up the outside style. Our old windows were rotted and wood was falling away along the frames. The new vinyl windows are so sturdy and will not rot like the wood did. The glass panes are more efficient and you could instantly notice a difference in the seal. Definitely keeps the cold out and the warm in during the cold temps. Highly recommend for the quality!

After 18 months of working with Champion to build our new sun room, Champion Windows had the nerve to show up with damaged, old, dirty sliding glass doors. When we refused to let them install damaged product in our brand new addition, they kept our money! I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They have not replied to our request for our $2,600 refund. (We had to hire a handyman to finish the project.)

The contractors who came out to install our new windows were very unprofessional. They showed up and hour late from the latest time they told us with no heads up or warning. They also worked about 2 hours longer than anticipated. The biggest problem though was the hazardous mess left all around my home! Broken glass left all around the inside of my kitchen, dining area, sink, and yard! Look at the pictures! These people spoke unprofessionally at my house around my family and didn’t bother to clean the large mess left inside and around our home. The “new” windows we bought were dirty and left looking messy and smudged with caulk on the glass, screens, and siding. All around, we are very disappointed being that we payed a premium for a professional company to come out and leave this mess for my wife and I to deal with. Especially since the mess they left was dangerous!

The overall experience was very satisfying. Was given arrival date and time was met. They started work right off the bat without hesitation. The installation seem to go without any problems, and it did till the cleanup. They cleaned up very well inside, but they missed an single window under carport and left glue smears on the siding. Contacted Ms Jenkins with Champion was all I needed to do to get it corrected she is fast, efficient, & courteous, got the problem fixed right away

The representative was named Richard and I feel he did a great job presenting his window product. I am hoping to seal the deal today.
He was thorough but not pushy. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product.

The people we met in person were very kind and helpful. That includes the sales people up front and the team who installed the windows and storm door. Both teams were also very efficient, wasted no one's time. I really appreciate that. The telephone contacts were also very nice, but sometimes difficult to get ahold of. I believe some thought should be given to how the communications take place between the sale and the install.

I had high hopes when I signed a contract with Champion Windows in February 2024 for a custom enclosure on my second-story deck, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional—even reaching the executive level.

Key Issues & Timeline:

February 8, 2024: Signed the contract. The sales process was smooth, and I felt confident in Champion’s promises.
February 17, 2024: During his first visit to my home to verify measurements, the project manager shocked me by exposing himself and urinating on the side of my house. This disturbing, unprofessional behavior was not only unacceptable but set a deeply negative tone for the entire project, and I have yet to receive a formal written apology from Champion for this incident.
May-June 2024: Despite my repeated follow-ups, there was no clear communication on project progress. Conversations were vague and provided no real updates.
August 1, 2024: After months of delays, the permit application was finally submitted to Thurston County—much later than expected due to miscommunication and errors within Champion’s team.
September 26, 2024: Thurston County informed us of additional Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) requirements, but Champion failed to inform me. I had to reach out myself to get clarification on these requirements.
October 14, 2024: After raising repeated complaints, Champion offered to replace a door and window on my property as compensation. While I appreciated the gesture, it did not address the fundamental issues of mismanagement, lack of professionalism, and extreme delays. I requested a discount to reflect the extensive time and effort I had invested to manage Champion’s responsibilities, but this was denied.
October 31 & November 4, 2024: I reached out to Tim Young, a VP at Champion, in the hopes of escalating the matter to get better accountability and communication. Unfortunately, his lack of follow-up and response has only further demonstrated the unprofessionalism I’ve encountered at every level within Champion.
Overall Experience & Impact
Over the past 9+ months, I’ve invested more than 80 hours in emails, phone calls, and direct coordination with county officials to manage a project Champion was contracted to handle. This experience has caused over $10,000 in additional costs and lost time. Champion’s inability to manage or communicate about the project has left me without a clear timeline for completion and feeling constantly neglected.

Conclusion
Champion Windows has failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and customer service. From the project manager’s shocking behavior of exposing himself and urinating on my property to poor communication, endless delays, and unresponsiveness from upper management, this experience has been exhausting and costly. I regret choosing Champion Windows and strongly advise others to consider the numerous poor reviews across platforms like PissedConsumer, Yelp, Trustpilot, and ConsumerAffairs before making a decision.

Michael Moen spent time answering all of my questions in a very patient and professional manner. He took the time to explain the product in a way that was easily understood. I’m looking forward to the installation of my new windows!!

Greg Christian was very professional and knowledgeable about everything I wanted to know about there windows, even with the financing options. Can’t wait till the installation is complete!! Will recommend Champion to others.

Called Champion about outside noise and traffic noise that sound like it was coming through the windows. In November salesman Mike came out and I took him to three rooms and he heard the noise . I had triple pane windows abut he said that their windows were better and that I would barely hear any noise . I had two windows side by side and he said that installing a slider would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for 3 windows. I said if these windows will reduce the noise to were I will barely hear any outside noise then put them in. Then gave him a payment of 30 % . After the windows were installed in January 2024 the noise was the same or louder. Have been trying to get this issue resolved since January 2024. They sent a serviceman out to put caulk around the windows ,but the problem is the window glass I have contacted the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. It is now October and I am in a worse position before the windows were installed. The salesman got a commission and the company made money and I am out of over $5,000.00 and did not get what was promised to me by the salesman. Stay as far away from this company as you can . Find another company to spent your money with, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Justin was very knowledgeable and help us make the best decision for our patio. We highly recommend Champion. We are looking forward to getting it all installed and enjoying our new space.
