Recently dealt with Theo out of the Banbury Branch, He is very Knowledgeable ijn the property market and was able to answer all my many questions about the properties we saw.

My partner and I are currently in the process of buying our first home. Buying a home can be stressful even at the best of times, and in our case, our requirements changed along the way.
Throughout it all, Charlotte has been patient, supportive and helpful. She’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with so far and is a real credit to the team at Chancellors. 😊

Charlotte was really helpful on a recent viewing, my partner and I are both visually impaired and Charlotte was great showing us around.

When there was one key property that matched request it was clear I was not a consideration. Already allocated.

Amarjit and Craig were the two people I would like to highlight in this review. They did so much to sell my property and regularly fed back information with regards to this. They went above and beyond to sell this property and I am eternally grateful. They were also friendly, polite people who could empathise well. I would highly recommend them.

hi Theo is really helpfull from the phone viewing to the actual viewing, my english is not good but the way he communicate is very understood. He offers me viewing depend on my flexibility.

Emma was absolutely superb when I contacted Chancellors regarding finding a rental property for after I sell my house. She could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and she is a wonderful Ambassador for the Chancellors brand. It was an absolute pleasure to speak with her and I have every confidence that she will do everything she can to find me something suitable.

I had a house viewing with Craig and although we didnt go for the property, I found Craig to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions there and then.

The agent showing the house, Craig was really helpful at the house viewing. He had a good plan of where to start with viewing the garden and house, and allowed us time to look back at different aspects after the first show around. He was very knowledgeable about the local Banbury area. It was also easy to arrange the appointment - even when there were fewer staff than usual my appointment request was handled swiftly and Charlotte worked hard to arrange the viewing for when I was going to be in the area.
