Good viewing. Daniel was very helpful and professional he also found the answers to a couple of queries after the viewing very promptly.

Our experience was made very good because the agent that dealt with our visit was open to answering any questions we set him and if he couldn’t answer he made a note to check and get back to us.

Daniel, the estate agent, who did the viewing of the property was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was quick to answer questions and respond to any further queries which required research. Overall a positive experience.

It was useful to have an identified person to deal with. Natalie Palmer was the agent, she was friendly, helpful and she kept us informed on the progress of our purchase. It was useful that Natalie would send us an email summarising any telephone contact. Natalie also gave us information about the local area which was good as we had come from another area.
