I was just recently forced out of a job…
I was just recently forced out of a job with change grow live, I was working for an incompitent team leader who was trying to force me to close clients who still had alcohol problems, unfortunatley this did result in what I regarded as preventable deaths of two clients, He was a bully and had no compassion and after I lost my fiance to cancer it effected me badly and on the aniversary of her death he decided to take diciplinary action against me, I had asked him to stop as this was just out and out bullying as I had far more expierience then he did, he had been an admin worker at the company that had got promoted and the power had gone to his head, but this was at the expense of clients and staff welfare, I am still annoyed that he was the perpitrator of these action yet it was me that had to resign as I got no support from CGL Human Resourses team, I did take them to court but the lies they told in court was unbelievable.
More professional addiction services elsewhere.
Certainly within West Lothian and Edinburgh, they are a horrendous organisation who put huge `tick-box` quantity before manageable and realistic quality. Treat their staff and customers with contempt and are ruthless in their manipulation and micro-managing of staff with passive aggressive bullying. Management are tyrants. If you do have someone with addiction issues then try WLDAS who are very professional and do treat their customers with respect.
