Its so frastrating of How you dont reply to e-mails. I have been waiting for more than 4 months. It was my mothers day present The chain broke after two weeks. I just Worn it Teo times. I am a returning customer and I dont Think its fair i am not getting any response or help!

Loved the pieces. They are like I thought they would be.

I waited a refund they have sent to a close card whoch was not paired to my account on mobilepay
Now nobody helps me untill the bank proberbly will take over

After I read some reviews in here I wasn't sure if I should purchase anything from them, but I have risked it. Untill now I've made 3 orders. My experience is really positive. I am satisfied with price, quality and fast delivery. In the last order they accidentally sent me a wrong item. I contacted Customer Service and got reply from them in less than 24h. They were super kind and asked a picture of what I got, after they verified it (few hours) the correct product was already on the way to me! What is more, they let me keep the product that was sent to me accidentally (nothing expensive, but still wow).

I will never more buy from this shop.
1. Terrible service, they forget to send items and leave the irresponsible unprofessional answers.
2. The pictures on the site do not show a real products, it is misleading as fake advert.
3. When I tried to return the items which cost by the way about 1500 DKK, they “lost “ my letter.
I supose it is made special, cause they know that quick post can not be track.
I sent everyday 30-50 letters with post Nord, I never have case of loosing one.
Be carefull about this scum, I have better deal with chinese sites.

Absolutely terrible service. Customer service is almost a joke, refusing to replace an item that was clearly of zero quality and even possibly a fake. NEVER buy from this shop if you want quality items. 👎🏼

It is a nice piece of jewelry but maybe it is better to hace full communications in English like thd status of the sending etc

We ordered a ring in size 15,6. When it arrived it was obviously to big even tho the label said 15,6. We measured it to be at least one size bigger than ordered. Around 15,9 or slightly larger.

We returned it, which went smoothly, but at the end of it we still have no ring and had to pay 125 SEK freight and 25 SEK to Chanti as admin fee.

Not enough money to start yelling about but annoying enough to never make us use Chanti again. Not worth the risk if they can’t pack the right size.

+ Easy return (even tho webpage and return form have different addresses)

- Mandatory admin fee (is this how they make profit?)
- Obviously not the product we ordered
- Expensive to return

My order was delivered faster than what I was expecting and the product was just as I hope to be. After getting engagement ring from chanti.dk I am considering as an valuable option to get my wedding rigs from them.

No questions to the delivery itself.
Notes:
- no tracking under 1200 DKK orders :(
- should use at least coloured foam plastic as a sub-surface - silver things on dirty-white foam does not looks nice... Strongly suggest black...
