Had appointment booked with owner Charlie Taylor who left me sitting with wet hair for 90 minutes waiting on her to grace me with her attention. I noted my abeyance and thereafter received a terrible cut of a standard of a student hairdresser in first week and was charged £200. Dreadful.
Booked my appointment for eyebrows , eyelash tint and they fitted me in for my hair as well , was so looking forward to a pamper session the day before my holiday . Unknown to me they added a service charging an extra £42 without consulting me and if I hadn't called to check all was OK with patch tests etc I would never have known, they offered to let me leave with wet ( ish) hair for a charge of £10 , after a length phonecall I ended up cancelling the whole day and was left stranded rushing to find another stylist and eyebrow tech to fit me in the day before my holiday ! Absolutely gutted I was so looking forward to relaxing in the salon and having the time to myself ! Will never book again with them and I wouldn't advise anyone else unless you remember and check the price is still th3 same after you book and pay your deposit !
