Abysmal Customer Service x 2

100% agree w/ Ari Jet. The platform has glitch after glitch after glitch and their customer service is atrocious. You can only get support via e-mail, which often go unanswered unless you send follow-up e-mails or file new tickets. You cannot call in for support either. THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR OWN SOFTWARE! 16 years in RCM and ChARM is in the top 3 of the worst EMR platforms I've ever used. Jane and TheraBill are equally awful.

Abysmal customer service support

This company does not offer adequate customer service support. Their EMR system is not intuitive and they don't offer the support nor resources a new user needs in order to establish a practice with their business. I have been back and forth by email and telephone for 5 months trying to get their clearinghouse to work properly with my insurance carriers to no avail. There are way too many features to customize, making the EMR overwhelming. I highly recommend against using this EMR for practitioners in a small or solo private practice who need customer service support.

This companies customer service…

This companies customer service outright SUCKS!!!!!!! You cant get ppl to help and when they do they do a half ass job and take forever.... Suddenly my one-time password for prescriptions isnt working and there is nobody to talk to... the "agent" helping me out cut off our converstaion before I was able to get my problem resolved... Still cant write Rx's.... When you call the help line, they say "for faster service..."

For an EHR company

For an EHR company, they are good. If I could put 3.5 stars I would but that's about the highest I'd give to any EHR company I've ever worked with. All the basic functions work well. There are no major problems with telehealth visits, scheduling, or practice management. Their intake software is not great (glitchy and poor UX/UI) but we switched to another intake software and that works well. That's an example of where it requires supplementation with other more tailored software for certain functions. It does not integrate with HIE which is a downside. Overall, I would recommend it to a group practice, keeping in mind that depending on the complexity of your needs you may need additional software.
