Unfortunately no 0 star rating available. Frausters. Chinese company but website looks like it is a uk one. The charm I ordered was reduced from £56 to £14. In their sale. Should have known it was too good to be true! I have actually had contact with them. I know there is no chance of getting a refund. They are telling me I received what I ordered. Well even fake or not the charms didn't even have Pandora marked on them. Whereas the picture from my order blatantly shows Pandora marks on the charms

Wrong charm, no refund, low quality.
They sent me a charm that I didn't order. When I contacted them they told me to keep the charm that I didn't want and refused a refund. The quality of their knock-offs are terrible. Do not buy from this company.

Don't buy from this website!!!!
This website states it is 100% authentic pandora items, they are not!! They are cheap fakes that I wouldn't even pay a penny for and look nothing like the products advertised! Also states that the website is English and deliver from England, another lie as it's from china! This website is fake advertisement and it's shocking they get away with it! I've tried to contact them regarding my complaint and surprise surprise they have totally ignored it, let alone offering a refund. Don't buy from this website!

Shame I couldn't give zero stars. Even bigger shame I didn't think to check for reviews before ordering! Website looks and sounds genuine but far from it. Items arrived today but very cheap, very fake and not even what I ordered. Laughable

Don't even deserve one star. I ordered well over a month ago after being told 7 working days and still haven't received my order which I no longer want. Yet they will not issue me a refund and keep telling me to be passiant.

FAKE GOODS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Beware of Charmstores Co UK - they offer very cheap Pandora charms but they are fake. You agree to pay in sterling but the transaction is in US dollars so you pay more. They have no customer services although they stae they have and do not respond to any queries. Avoid at all costs
