Kim was extremely helpful when organising our start date, she was clear, engaged and attentive to our circumstance.
John completed the redecoration, he was early every day, which was appreciated, friendly and is clearly experienced and highly competent in his field. Mark was always on time and helpful, I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough, just excellent!

I'd been having a tough time and the company were very understanding and patient.
The guys, Lee and Nigel, who came to do the repairs did a great job and then some, and were respectful, polite and friendly; and had some very funny stories!
Good communication and they actually pick up the phone.

From the start of my insurance clain, Charter Property Repairs have been excellent. The communication from their office from the start has been great. The people who did the work were first class. Always turned up when they said they would ( which is very important for me). Very friendly, and helpful. I would cerftaoinly recommend them

Having an ongoing insurance claim with our policy providers, they introduced us to Charter to complete the repair work needed after we had an escape of water that travelled from the upstairs bathroom to the lounge. It took forever for our insurers to approve everything; but once it was done the work was carried out very soon after. The staff that came for every aspect of the work were fabulous. Right from the surveyors, through to the workers that completed the carpentry work, decorating and plumbing. There was not 1 single person that wasn't polite, friendly or professional. I would have absolutely no hesitation is having any of them back in my home, or in recommending them to anyone needing their expertise. The quality of the work is excellent and we're very happy with the outcome. The regular updates from the office were great too, we knew exactly when people were coming, who it would be and what time. All in all 10/10!

CPR provided a truly professional service with regular updates and accurate information. They have an excellent team of project mangers with friendly and highly skilled tradesmen. They all go over and above what is expected.

Dan, Bob and Simon were all great and very helpful.
Dan, in particular, was very helpful. He went beyond expectations to make sure we were happy with his work. They are all a credit to your company. We scored 4 instead of 5 stars simply because the job took 6 days instead of 3. But that does not reflect on these three.

The communication from the office was always quick and to the point. The bricklayer that was sent was a fantastic workman and the finished wall is a cracker and the final touch of refixing the gate post left the whole job looking excellent. Thank you CPR for all your help and kindness. Regards,

Having a water leak beneath your kitchen floor is not something you see. You find out. The hope is that your insurance company and their professionals are behind you, supportive, helpful, informative, caring and at all times, working in your interest.
Hastings my Insurance company took time to understand the problem and sought professional assistance. The problem noted and an Insurance assessor appoint. I was talked through the process by an incredible assessor who I felt was acting for both me and her company. She was there at a time when I was fearing the worst outcome.
Hastings got things sorted and Via the Davis group, a company called Charter Property Repairs were appointed to repair the damage. A Norfolk based company.

They were on top of my problem quickly. Jon the damage assessor met my plumber Tex, Anglian Plumbing & Heating and a plan of action was made.

Initially Kim put my mind at rest and gave me full confidence in Charter. Simon, Kyle, Cieron, Peter, Toby, Jon, Paul, Tom, Tony and Caroline, were soon on the case and diligently went about managing and carrying out repairs. Each professional trade carried out repairs to the property with care and attention and kindness. Keeping me informed at each stage. My plumbers copper pipework was akin to work of art. Tidy, clean and solid.

Charter were also magnificent and I was pleased to receive so many trusted workmen into my house. Who were respectful, friendly and dedicated to sorting out my problem. The job took quite a while to complete. But, these jobs have to be monitored through to completion and each stage assessed accordingly.

I may have been lucky, to have received such a dedicated group of workers from Charter Property Repairs. Thank you to everyone. Hastings. David Group, Charter Property Repairs and Anglian Plumbing & Heating. All of whom worked with diligence, compassion and humour. Thank you. 👏
