I have been dealing with Millie Shrimpton for several months now and I am impressed by her professionalism and work ethic. Unfortunately Millie is only let down by the Landlords and on occasions contractors, that she represents (which is out of her control). From the outset Charters approach was very professional and helpful. For selling, the Southampton branch, Phil in particular, made getting the house on the market and sold (STC) very easy. For securing our next house (STC) the Chandler's Ford branch stepped in. Jorgia Tye in particular was very patient and attentive and her light touch approach really made us feel comfortable. We tested her with several initial and repeat but she was professional throughout. In the end, Cameron was there to help with the final house that we ultimately chose, securing our accepted offer late on a Friday evening!
