Molly was absolutely fantastic

I have not had to report much but recently had a leaking tap and it was handled quickly and efficiently using a professional contractor. Easy to report, good communication and work completed well.

My husband and I had a viewing of a rental property with Chloe B from Charters, Southampton. Chloe was friendly and approachable from the start. Chloe answered questions we had with knowledge and professionalism giving us an insight to the area etc and allowing us to have a good look around without feeling rushed. Thank you Chloe!

Sam was professional, helpful and freindly! Really made the viewing a great experience, thanks so much!

Taylor Bray was a huge help in resolving an issue with our boiler without having to issue a call out, this not only helped us as tenants but our landlord too.
Any issues or questions we have had he has replied to promptly and worked with us to find the best solution for all.

Francyne and Tom were great at getting back to me quickly regarding something with my tenancy! They were very proactive and had the query resolved in less than an hour! Very happy with the service they give their tenants!

Geanina Radu helped us with a couple of issues we had moving into our new rental. She sorted out tradesmen to come in quickly and efficiently and always rang afterwards to check the problem had been fixed to our satisfaction. Always friendly and professional, she and Charters have been a pleasure to deal with.

Molly-Mae West has been a joy to work with. She has been a useful sounding board and has provided helpful and pertinent advice on the building works we are having done on our house (previously let and now for sale). She has made suggestions on what needs to be done and what can be left, providing a range of quotations form builders. She has also has helped to re-direct queries to the wider team when we have been unsure whom to approach. She is courteous and polite, whilst remaining friendly and open. I would have no hesitation recommending her.

Charters have made this process easy and simple for us. We are first time buyers and no question was too much to ask. From the start of viewing to exchanging they have kept us up to date on everything and chased when needing to.

Gary Hansford was fantastic throughout the final stages of our house purchase. As the process became more stressful, Gary really stepped up and went above and beyond to keep everything moving.

He was proactive in chasing both sets of solicitors and keeping us informed with regular updates. His communication was excellent and he was always happy to answer our questions and offer reassurance.

Phenomenal customer service - Parris Lish who manages my property at Charters routinely calls me overseas to ensure everything is good with my property and to check if I need anything. Parris is exceptionally professional and efficient making the experience very pleasant and ensures I am current with all aspects including rental laws and regulations etc. Very pleased and highly recommended. Overall I had a very positive experience with Charters, the staff were friendly, professional and very responsive. Selling a property from overseas was not easy, yet the team at Charters facilitated the whole process and made my life much easier as a result. Equally, they were very quick to find a new buyer when the initial sale fell through & the buyer dropped out at the eleventh hour. A special mention to Jo Goddard who was a great help throughout. Would thoroughly recommend them if you’re considering selling a property.

We rented our flat through Charters and the service we've received from our Property Manager, Parris Lish, has been excellent. She responds to enquiries quickly and always keeps us updated on any important information relating to our property. Thank you for all your help and support Parris, we appreciate it.

The most unprofessional agency and worst experience since renting with them. They breached GDPR and our personal data was exposed, evey month they come back with diffrent requirements (e.g. rent not paid, documents not provided) and when we show them the proof that everything is done in aligment with the agreement, Right to Rent and all deadlines are respected they hide behid - "sorry it was an error".

My experience with Charters Estate Agents has been great so far. I was interested in a semi-detached house and managed to get a viewing booked for the very next day. The viewing itself was quick, and the application form was straightforward and easy to fill out.
​Later that same day, I had a call from Joshua to review my application, and just a couple of hours after that, Lucy from the Hove branch called to let me know my application had been successfully approved by the landlord.
​Everyone involved was exceptionally professional and easy to deal with.

We had a couple of viewings with Sam and he was so helpful and kind. I personally find viewing properties very stressful but he was very assuring and made the process enjoyable! Thank you Sam!!
