Took the BMW to Chartwells after a no fault insurance claim. As a Porsche Club member I had organised visits to their premises and their workmanship seemed first class.
I was not wrong, their service was efficient throughout the whole process, dealing with insurance companies and organising a hire car.
The car was extremely well presented on pick-up, just like jumping into a new one!!!

I cannot recommend Chartwells enough, I had my A35 repaired here through an insurance claim and have to say the work is fantastic. Work was carried out fast and to a high standard. The staff are brilliant and so helpful, (Jodie and selina) Thankyou personally… Will definitely use here in the future if need be.. Thanks again..

I have used Chartwell Derby multiple times stretching back to 2011 both as a direct customer and as a chosen repairer through insurance. The service has always been top class and the finished job is excellent. I’ve used various other coachworks nearer me in London for cosmetic works since I moved down South and after various customer service issues and not being completely happy with the work, I prefer to travel almost over 300 miles round trip to get a proper service. Make no mistake, this place is (I’m pleased to say), still a quality repairer, not easy to find these days.

I have been to Chartwell several times for their work on my BMWs over the years. Very recently I returned and found that their excellent service had not changed. They were, as ever, courteous and helpful at reception, and a technician gave prompt and informative assessment of my vehicle's needs. The work done was of excellent quality and the time required highly impressive. Tony Beaver

This is the 3rd time I have had my beloved car fixed by Chartwell, I collected My beloved car this afternoon and I was absolutely amazed at the wonderful results.
Seeing my car back to its former glory, put a big smile on my face.
Scot kept me upto date with the repair status all throughout the repair, that was very nice as I did not have to chase them.
The fantastic service provided by Chartwell, was reassuring and I did not have to worry about anything 😀.

Car went in for a cosmetic repair, came back with wiring issues, clearly introduced at chartwells. Had to go to my local dealer to fix it - water had been allowed to leak into electric parts inside the car and wire connection pin was bend, took quite some time to find out.

I’m sorry you’ve had your name tied to the Chartwells under scrutiny, wish your business all the best and hope trust pilot realises and removes the negative reviews :(

What a disgusting company and don't asnwer the phones when you call. Horrible place to deal with. DO NOT USE!

Was going to make the huge mistake of bringing my lovely Porsche into this place. But after requesting a quote and being ignored, I decided to look at the reviews. Going somewhere more reputable.

Couldn’t fault them on repairing my Mercedes , excellent job , car was valeted inside too . GreAt service .
