I recently used Chase Pest Control for a mouse problem and could not be more impressed. From start to finish James was friendly, professional, and reassuring. James explained the process and patiently answered any questions I had.

The safe effective methods used gave immediate results. Once James was happy that the little visitors had gone, he followed up by blocking any possible external entry points.

I contacted Chase Pest control after I saw a mouse in the kitchen. James came over and located a dead rat behind the kitchen plinth. He put down traps and gave me advice. He was very knowledgeable in his field and taught me a lot about the difference between mice and rats. I pulled up my kitchen so we could get to the floor - needed a new kitchen anyway so it made sense to be pro active. He advised a drain specialist to look at the man hole and this is how the rats were getting in under my property. The holes were blocked up and it was money worth spending. James is very reasonable with his pricing. I would highly recommend him. And most certainly without a doubt would use his services again. He also is a really lovely and polite man.

James was fantastic, installed a one way calve in sewer pipe as had a rat come up through downstairs toilet flexi hose.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. They went above and beyond in order to sort out a rat problem we were having. A very professionally run family business who genuinely care about the job. They're very friendly, always happy to take calls or queries and don't 'sign off' until they're sure the problem has completely gone. (Ours took several repeat visits.) You can book them with confidence!

Spotted some rats/mice droppings around the house, could smell dead rodents it’s was awful. Biggest issue was food packets being teared into. Reached out to James who came out the following day. Must say he was very friendly, professional and helpful. Took his time in consulting me and surveying my property and treating it accordingly. Booked my next appointment before he left. Fingers crossed I don’t see unwanted guests anymore.
