I first made contact with Kelly Kirby and her team at Chase de Vere in 2019.
This was due to my business partner and l, being unhappy with our, then current financial advisor.
A couple of years later l submitted a review complimenting Kelly and her team for a outstanding service and performance.
Since my last review l have retired from my Managing Director role, but kept certain property and business interests.
I did wonder if my retirement on a day to day basis would make an difference to Kelly and her team ?
It did,they got better.

People and businesses talk about continuous improvement but how many can actually say their customers would agree.

I can assure you Kelly and her team on numerous occasions have just got better and better.
They are a credit to Chase de Vere, and should be recognised as such.

The quiet self-assurance of the advisor, and his courtesy. The general feeling that he knows his subject well, giving positive advice. Also agreeable was his sense of humour.

He was understanding, extremely knowledegeable and patient. He spoke in clear english and explained things in a way we'd all understand - including my mum. After the call, he has continued to offer huge support to us. He is a truly lovely guy. I cannot recommend Byron highly enough
