Tom Steele was incredibly helpful at giving guidance for the best first steps to take with regards to financial planning in the very early stages of my career. Really practical advice in terms that I could understand and implement without it feeling overwhelming and unmanageable.

I linked with Chase de Vere via IPSE membership and at the time was in the middle of a 3rd unsuccessful re-mortgage application over 6 months. As soon as I engaged with Rachel I immediately felt confident in her knowledge of the lenders and she was able to raise a re-mortgage quickly and get advance information and pre-checks with people who had knowledge of underwriter requirements to minimise/avoid pitfalls I had before during the process. The whole end to end process including legal took exactly 4 weeks during which time I had immediate response to any questions or worries.

Karima and Harry were very helpful in discussing options and keeping me updated. They were also responsive and helpful throughout the mortgage process.

We have just had our annual review with Alex Wyer from Chase Devere. Alex provides us with a comprehensive Portfolio Report and explained its content . We discussed plans for the future and Alex’s advice was invaluable. He explains in detail the pros and cons of our requests and makes suggestions that prove to be better solutions. Alex is a superb Financial advisor and we would like to thank him for his advice and friendly way the meeting is carried out.

Eunan is always professional and takes care to explain the financial details in a way that is clear and in a way that can help us make informed decisions. It’s very reassuring to deal with someone we can feel confident with.
He also gave us 2 copies of ‘Keep Safe’ a booklet to keep track of our important information and all in one place. We have found this very helpful.
