Difficult to even justify 1 star, except unable to inform people they should NOT use this firm
We have had to live 6 weeks in B & B as, had no option to forget at £500 to solicitor for a home we never received on our removal date.
Now thankfully in time I am ready to move into my ideal home.
Sadly husband needs care now.
All due to Chase Holmes none progressive house sale!
You all should be ashamed of yourselvesz

I purchased my home through Chase Holmes and they were absolutely brilliant. The staff are so helpful and efficient. I also really liked the gift box they gave me when I went to pick up my keys. It had lots of nice free samples of stuff including washing powder, 2 cans of cider and a face mask! Thanks Chase Holmes marvellous job 👏🏼😊🥇

The fact that I did not purchase the property I wanted was not the estate agents fault but the vendors.
They should not have put it up for sale until all family legal matters were dealt with.
I could not fault the service given by Heather.

We are very pleased with our experience with Chase Holmes. Our property was sold vey quickly, which is to be expected in the current climate, however Heather kept me up to date and helped when solicitors stalled. Sometimes this is the part when solicitors can let sellers down but Chase Holmes openness and accessibility kept things moving and we completed in12 weeks which is quite an achievement in the current market! Thank you.

3 weeks ago I had a offer accepted on a property. All necessary paperwork was forwarded for acceptance, still no Sold sign! We've heard every excuse in the book. If they were a decent outfit they should donate all profits to charity!

Recently used Chase Holmes to sell a property, I found the service quite good, in less than a week the property that I was selling was up and live on their web site.

Within 30 mins of being on their website they were calling me with details of viewings, the 2nd person who viewed the property bought it, I had about 15 viewings in total.
