The mods allowed one user named Russian Army to post photos of himself being sodomized with a peeled carrot in the Singles Chat room. I flagged it several times but no action was taken. This site is unholy and full of sin. I'll pray to Jesus that this site be taken down, he sayeth the Lord!

This place is overall disgusting and rude, There are many perverts who hit on CHILDREN and try to get them to send pictures, Happened to me more than I can count, The perverts are at least (coming from my perspective) 17, 18, 19 or older if they just lied about their age and tell later on, This is the most uncomfortable and disgusting site I've ever been to in my entire life, I want to make friends, Not meet up with some low-life of a dude just to give him satisfaction. Joined a year ago after being at a different chat site for a couple of years I usually go to general chat a couple of months ago I had a run in with a mod from general named Mayhem I found out she was a catfish and found proof then come to find out when I came back she got fired that’s the only thing I am happy about now

Chat Avenue is poorly managed. Dangerous people work their way into the staff team. For example: A predator admin is still in power despite outcry from the community. The owners put money first.

A site with great potential to be the best, most popular and biggest chat site in the world, with employees being paid, with the site generating a lot of revenue with paid VIP members and advertising, but unfortunately, the gears of that engine are broken. And it will remain broken until the site removes the Kick/Ban Inquiries and Mod Complaints/Compliments topic from the forum. These complaints must be sent to another sector outside the forum and must not be handled and resolved by mods/admins working on the site. This is the same thing as taking a complaint from the victim and giving it to the thief who robbed that victim, for him for him to resolve his own incident reportt against him, instead of giving it to the police to resolve. The Kick/Ban Inquiries and Mod Complaints/Compliments topic must be removed from the website to another sector, for example, the administrative sector.
There is a lack of training and recognition for the good employees who work on the site, by the Chat Master, as it seems that he does not care about them, so most of the time the customer service is terrible and very amateur, because the good volunteer employees are devalued and are not motivated with some reward for the good work done, it doesn't have to be in money, there are so many ways to reward a volunteer for the good work done. How about an 'the best admin/mod of the month' badge when he does a great job in rooms or on the forums?How about the mod with the most best mod points getting on a list of mods that should be promoted to admin? How about the admin who earns points as best admin stays on as admin, and the one rated the most terrible admin gets removed from the role? There is no respect for the user most of the time: arbitrary bans, kicks and mutes are used by some mods/admins to oppress people who complain about abuse of power and the bad service provided by some mods/admins. And yes, there are Nazis and white supremacists who preach hatred of Jews in the rooms, but rarely are they banned from the site by ChatMaster, especially if they are VIPS. Hello Jewish community, stop by Chat Avenue and see with your own eyes hate speech against Jews happening in the rooms. A toxic place, which doesn't care if there are members in the rooms with depression, a history of suicide and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Yes, there are good people on the site, including mods and admins too, but they are so few, and unfortunately, the vast majority of these good people who use the site are afraid to speak up and be targets of censorship and repression from the same hyenas and vultures who persecute the members who dare to be a questioner, who dare to be a challenger. And yes, many people suffer psychological abuse on this site, but they hide in silence, fear and cowardice, this is very sad. One star is too much for Chat Avenue, a site that does not know how to respect the good employees and members that use the forums and rooms of this place, does not deserve 1 star.
I was Seraphim in the lesbian room and GFB in the Forum. Yes, two different names, because not even the name of the account on the Forum the user has autonomy to change. You have to pay for it, I would pay if I liked being extorted, but I'm a Capricorn, so no - I pass.

the site owner who receives money from chatters VIP will not ban predators that go after children for their personal pornography. Adults will seek out children for pornography. the site manager owner will not ban even when mods and admins present their information and proof of the pedophile activity.

Corrupt site infested with neo nazi. Needs to be investigated and shut down. The site owners know about the crime that happens there and Id not be surprised if they profit from it.

Place is run by self elected "moderators" and admins. Once you get under any of the "authorities" skins in there you are pelted with daily harassment. Any complaints you have are told to be taken to a sister website called chat ave forums. Once you go in there to file a complaint, your complaint is immediately dismissed and your threads locked to prevent any discussion in the so called "public discussion forum". In many cases your comments also deleted/altered so that it paints mods/admin in forums in good light.

Try to contact 1 of 3 Chatmasters and they never ever ever responds because "theyre too busy". That is, unless you purchase VIP membership in which case chatmaster personally DMs you to verify payment.

Don’t not use chat avenue, I was falsely accused for being a “paedo” in their worlds, and when I tried to sort it out they just told me to f*** off, I have screenshots and picture of proof that all this has happened, but they smartly deleted my account so I can’t prove what I was saying to them. They staff are rude and not helpful what a disgusting website, they “filed a report to the authorities” without even an explanation, luckily I have all the proof it’s a false report. I hope after this the website will be shut down.

'Chopper', a moderator in the gay chat part of chat avenue, attempted to start talking to me in private chat about him dating a 24 yr old man when he was a 16yr old young boy. Highly disturbing. When I said this was immoral and creepy, he then blocked me from the site. No wonder there's so many paedophiles on chat avenue when the moderators are trying to discuss these types of disturbing relationships.

they read your private messages which is agains the law to read private messages what users say to eachothers... they ban you from chat room i understand that they can ban u from chat if ur rude in main chat room not in private... so they breaking the law... privacy law for reading private messages

Pedophiles use it to find and abuse children. I was one of them from age 13 to 16... I reported the abusers to the mods many times, and provided as much evidence as I could and they did absolutely nothing. and from the looks of it, the site hasn't changed much since then.
Chat avenue should not exist, keep your kids far away from it and report it to local authorities so that one day this pedo ring might just be shut down.

I am currently on the Adult Chat. The term 'adult' means 18+, not a sex/pervert chat! Chat Avenue has a Kids Chat and a Teen Chat, does that mean people post pervert things on that too?! I have noticed hardly any moderators (no one wants to deal with it due to non-payment) and even when there are, the people kicked just come back.

The rooms have 'bots' that hackers use to private message about going to sex sites for god's sake.

For a start, if Chat Avenue wants to get serious, remove the guest accounts. Whoever is running it doesn't know what they are doing. The site is a mess, stay away and look for a nicer site.

Awesome place to meet friends! I disagree with most of the reviews here as I have seen moderators take action against anyone breaking the rules. Most of the people complaining probably got kicked out themselves. Love this site and have been using it for years!
