Lucas is a very nice person to speak with. He is very polite, calm and organized.
However, the process of obtaining a valid ticket is cumbersome and smacks of bait and switch tactics. I ended up spending much more for the flights than what was originally stated on the website. I don’t appreciate the gaming, but I don’t blame Lucas for this. I blame the company he works for.

A little bit dodgy, although they do sell genuine tickets
The booking process went OK, however I have not received a final confirmation of the ticket for a couple of days. After contacting their respresenative, in order to get the ticket I had to accept a new increased price and essentially pay over $100 more. They asked me to re-confirm my card and address details over the phone. After that I did get the ticket and had two transactions in my credit card: one for the airline (USD 500) and one for them (USD 190), meaning they increased the fee by USD 100 to increase their profit only. The same week - just a few days later I have noticed two other transactions being made with the same card: two fraudulent Spirit Airlines purchases of more then $200 each. Since it was the only one i provided all of my card details in forever, I don't think it's a coincidence (also when an Indian-accent guy tells me his name is Josh, it just doesn't sound too legit...). Anyways - I contacted them about it asking to review their payment safety protocols and even though it was a month ago - I never received any response. While I do believe they genuinely sell tickets (I did get mine eventually), based on my experience I would be rather cautious with this website.
