I ran into multi issue when my tickets but their customers support department helped and resolved the issue.

Mr. Rocco who has been very helpful to help us with the booking. Without his immediately assistance, we would not able to use your service due to last time problem with the booking, the company did not send the confirmation email after booking.

I wish i could leave zero stars, but that's not an option. I was told i couldn't get a refund during the height of the pandemic even though all airlines are doing it. They gave me a credit until the end of 2021. When I went to use the credit, they wanted to charge $200 more than they are currently charging on their same website. When i asked a supervisor about this, he said that those were "new customer prices". I advised him that I would now be an old customer, because I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I booked a flight to Mexico and had to cancel due to covid I emailed them back to the email they sent my reservation from on 17 jan 2020 to get a refund no response i finally was able to get someone on the phone and a lady said i cannot get a refund but can use the credit. After several attempts to call the number on the reservation i found a different number online. I called today to try and use the credit that i had and the rude associates told me i was lying “literally” and that i hadn’t cancelled my reservation! My blood is still boiling!!! I have NO reason to lie to anyone!!! Whether the lady i talked to didnt do her job is not my fault. I was told to just call back with my reservation number and rebook with them. I was told today that they are taking $280 plus a $50 rebooking fee! The associates were the rudest people ive ever talked to! I WILL NEVER USE THE HIS COMPANY AGAIN IF THE HAD.50 tickets!!!! The absolutely worst customer service ever!!!! And i spoke with two managers with the same attitude. One was Michael Thomas which im sure wasnt his name because they were outsourced through the middle east. Im still fumming!

This has to be the worst company, horrible customer service I have ever had to deal with. My flight was cancelled threw them about a week ago and I wasn’t notified until I called them about my e-ticket. Then was lied to on the phone about emails being sent and calls to my phone. They have not communicated anything to me about my flight being cancelled, just let me think everything was fine and I leave next week. This company ruined my holiday because of there laziness of not wanting to do their job correctly or give good customer service. I personally think this company is a scam and just want you credit card info to steal your money. Don’t waste your time and money on this company. The positive reviews on this company are fake and are done by them. If I could give them zero stars I would and I will be also reporting them to BBB.

Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER book a flight this way again. I don't believe any of the positive reviews....they are manufactured.
