When it transpired that the mower I ordered originally was out of stock with the suppliers, James from Cheapmowers rang me personally to offer an alternative mower. A slight upgrade in fact, for the same price. This was duly despatched and arrived, first thing the next morning.

Ordered a Hyundai mower with push button start from the website, unfortunately the description was incorrect, but the incorrectly described mower was collected and the new one delivered in a matter of days. Helpful on the phone and good customer service

The Hyundai mower we bought through this company is a huge improvement on our old mower and does a fine job of mowing our (fairly large) lawn. The delivery experience was quick and efficient too. However, in the specifications on the website it indicated the mower had an electric start button which it does not. Fortunately it is a lot easier to start than our old one, so hopefully we will not risk dislocating our shoulder each time we start it! Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

Well, I cannot praise this company enough. They were unable to immediately supply the 12 inch Webb manual mower WEH12R, giving me a reasonable wait time. When this date was frustrated by their being short-delivered themselves, they asked whether I would like a refund, an alternative machine, or to continue waiting? Both James and Angela were extremely apologetic about the situation.
I chose the latter course but explained that as I was getting married in several weeks, had a new lawn, and were having a garden reception they 'pulled out the stops' for me. It seems that they obtained the required machine from Webb's warehouse via an 'arrangement' and delivered it to me two days later.
I now have a shiny new machine and the grass cut!

Bought 2 mowers from.them 1 didn't work form the 1st day second had faut from 1st tank fuel returning both machines and have checked to charge me for return and say 1 machine works fine then second want to charge me for not packing in box right and scratching the handles done use them bunch of crooks taking them to court and charging them for the hassel caused for the record u damaged the mower un packing the mower never provided any packaging for mower !! Packaging provided was unusable and was there own courier tnt that was used and cheapmowers damaged the mower un packing it then try to blame customer for this please share this so other innocent people don't use this company

The Cheapmowers name may be a little off-putting but I can't fault the service. My mower was delivered in 2 working days as promised and I'm extremely pleased with it - I would use Cheapmowers again without hesitation

Surprisingly good! With a domain name starting with "cheap", I wondered if I might have problems with my order. Nope, my experience was a good price, delivered on time via Fedex, and the product is great. I purchased a Lawnflite field trimmer from them. My only suggestion is that they improve their despatch notices so that we get a delivery day shown.

Really glad i bought my mower from Cheapmowers.com. Great price, good communication. And good customer service. I couldnt get mower started. Called Cheapmowers who picked up straight away and were super helpful talking me through it. Turns out i had set it up wrong! They got me going in a couple of minutes and also gave me tips on preserving battery life. Highly recommend.

Ordered an Ego garden product and a separate 2.5amp battery and the EGO standard charger on 7th May.
After ordering I was contacted to say the items were now not available until the 12th.

The charger arrived first around 3 days after ordering. It had no packaging other than the postage box and their was an instruction manual thrown inside that had grease/oil all over it. Clearly this item was a display model or something. This shouldn't be sold as a 'new product' if you don't post it in the original packaging.

The battery arrived the next day without any issues and at this point I tested the charger which worked fine.

The leaf blower was supposed to be dispatched on the 12th May, but after I contacted Cheap Mowers I was advised that the EGO products were now delayed yet again. Advised they were in the UK and would be dispatched directly from Ego on the 17th and I'd have it on the 18th.

Its now the evening of the 19th and I've still had no delivery or even a confirmation its been dispatched.

This may not be entirely down to Cheap Mowers as Ego are partly responsible for the constant delays, but in future I'd probably buy from somewhere else.

I ordered an electric flymo which proved to be out of stock and no longer in production but they directed me to an alternative for the same money which arrived very promptly and in good order . I discovered they are a Family Business and I couldn`t be any happier with their service .

I do not ever write reviews. But after shopping with this company, it only seemed right to give my feedback. They have an easy to use website with very friendly staff behind the scene who are nice to chat to and give a personal effort to help. I received a curtesy call to notify me that one of my parts would be a little late which was no problem. Once all of the products were received, I was over the moon with them. They all came very well packaged and they were of very high standard. I will be returning to cheapmowers.com again and I will highly recommend to my friends and family.

I ordered a battery operated mower. As I already had a charger I ordered a mower and battery. The company spoke to me about a better package option for the mower to include a charger. This saved me £10, and the mower was delivered in the timescale they suggested was possible. Very happy with the service. The courier said the delivery would be one day but delivery was actually nearly 2 days later. So the delivery aspect could have been better but Cheapmowers.com were very good.

What a rude and disappointing company. I ordered a tiller which arrived in good time for me to use it over a weekend. But there were 1 set of 3 blades for the left side missing so i could not use it. I was told that i'd get the missing parts by Monday. They never arrived, so I chased up only for me to be told it was coming from manufacturer. 3 days later a parcel arrived on for a single blade to be the contents and for the right hand side that I already had. So back on the phone i went as this would be the second weekend I was unable to use and I had a greenhouse full of plants needing to be planted. During the conversation I was informed that they could hopefully get a part to me on a Saturday delivery if I got off he phone so they could make the call, which was a bit unexpected, but then a voice in the background boomed out "Is that Ray Briggs. I emailed him and told him it sorted" in an arrogant and matter of fact tone which really riled me to a point that I photographed the part sent next to the full part with a comment of does this look sorted. I then received an email to say that the person that deals with the company is not there until Tuesday (due to bank holiday) and they will contact the company then, so i was fed B.S that they'd get onto the company straight away for a hopeful Saturday delivery. The email also stated that they had no Tillers, yet the web site was showing a choice, yet due to the inconvenience I was having to deal with, I wasn't even offered a different 1 as an apology. The tiller is being returned at the time of writing this, I hope there are no more mishaps

This is an update to my order for 2 sparkplugs when I was charged £6.95 for postage.
I have given 5 stars now as my complaint was treated with respect and care. My contact at the firm was extremely helpful and he actually took time out to communicate with me on several occasions apologising for the mistake, indicating a flat charge of £1.99 should have been applied.
He was very keen to resolve the issue, which he did in a timely manner.
Because of his positive and helpful attitude and his explanation, I would certainly buy from here again.

Whatever you do please steer clear of this company if you want a friendly profession service with the goods you have ordered delivered on time with everything you ordered when delivered.
I have no intention of listing out all the details as there isn’t enough space in this box!!!!! All I would say is if you are purchasing a mower on line, please look elsewhere.

I recently bought a Cobra scarifier from Cheap mowers.com After scarifying the front lawn very well it stopped spinning. I contacted after-sales and was very pleased and impressed with the pragmatic approach taken (now resolved under warranty). Emails were answered within hours and phone communications were polite and very helpful (although of course it takes two to engage in a polite conversation). Very pleased with the product and service.

Scarifier arrived on time but did not scarify my grass at all. Asked for a refund and it was at this point that they changed there attitude. Agreed a price to it off, which i duly did where i was spoken to by a man with attitude and then they refunded me £20 less than we agreed.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.
