I don't have a dollar in my account right now is there another suggestion

Went through everything, supplied information for a school loan, then they say pay a 1.00 refundable fee to get my credit report. So I removed all funds except the 1.00 from my account. They tried to charge me 4.95. That’s crooked. Stay far away from anything to do with this company.

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life I highly recommend you run and please do not give them your credit card info they will charge your card fat after you cancel the free trail

they call it check free score! with a one-time fee of 4.95. Then if you don't pay attention they will continue to charge your card 40.00 dollars a month. Be careful the name CHECKFREESCORE is VERY misleading. I canceled immediately and wanted to warn others. I could have saved a few dollars if I had read their reviews.

This company tried to extract $39.90 from my bank account without authorization, without having provided a service, and without me having purchase anything from them.

Yes I canceled my membership before 7 days and was charged $39 . I immediately contacted customer support and Eduardo was very rude. I mentioned to him that I was short on rent due to the charge he didn't care . He didn't want to refund me at all.I would not use this service ever-since them I been getting fraudulent requests from banks password request that I didn't request from Bank, social media ,I wouldn't trust them with any info stay away unless you want to be a victim of identity theft.

After I literally haggle with a Indian about my to give about there 40$ charge he comes at me with well I have great news I can lower this to $12.95 and did I know I got roadside assistance with my membership.... I was fishing this whole time so I said swhy not. I've never looked into the roadside coverage I "have" but I am thinking he was flat out lying me because credit scores don't go with these services that I'm aware of unless I'm out of the loop so I'm now asking for the last 6 months of non stop denials and if I put the fee or more in that account they always are there to snuff it our before I can make a payment for other things life has me paying. I say they are not a real straight up service and I'm gonna check if I get roadside I'm keeping it n I will go park on a road n claim I'm out of gas if they come thru they are getting my 13$ but I don't think I'm gonna get such thing . They are not trustworthy. As soon as I got my 3 scores, I received an alert that there was activity in my account from the dark web. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

I wish I was going to get the run around from this company ...I would of brought snacks ...I was on the middle of a loan application and I paid you because I HAD to and I still don't have my credit score in addition to the fact that I had to put it through my debit card and it's been 3 days still no credit score and NOW NO LOAN ....I should sue your company with your incompetent asses...

on 7/25 i spoke w/ Alia and canceled. but not before calling twice and waiting over 15 minutes. email support at checkfreescore.com to cancel and make a record. she said you can cancel via email. not worth the hassle.

Scam. These people are thieves. They're taking unauthorized payments of $39.90. Stay away from these people as they will steal your money at 4am while they think you're sleeping. Scam scam scam

This website showed poor performance when it came to canceling the account. It was an affiliate of another site that I was using and wouldn’t bypass unless I signed up(bullied into this) and then when I tried to cancel, they had nothing available on the site to do so. After constant calls of trying to get through, which I’m sure it was more people who were robbed of their money and just as upset as I was, I finally had to go to the chat. I was told that she was filling out a refund request form of which it’s been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing or seen anything about it. This is extremely poor service and I pray no one else is swindled by this company or it’s affiliates.

Yeah, have gotten close to $2,000 in failed charges on one of my accounts. Each one is from a different name but it's always the same amount: $39.90.... I've had to open up a new account with my bank because of this crap. Thankfully only lost money during the first two charges before I moved all my money to another account. Kept this account open so I can see how long this crap lasts but so far just over a year. They can happen a few times a week or just once a month. It's definitely not from any legit source and have no idea why they have my card info anyways. But yeah, stay away from this company.

If I could give this company no stars I would. This is the biggest scam! I have cancelled my account multiple times and I keep getting charged. This month alone I was charged 2 times! I talked to customer service this morning (this is probably the 4th time this year) and they CONFIRMED my account was closed but refused to give me a refund again. Seeing all the reviews, this is common!

Checkfreescore is clearly stealing people's money! I want a class action lawsuit against this company and it's owners! I was looking at getting a loan online, when a lender slid in that they wanted my credit rating from credit report. I did it I chose the trial for $1 on May 29th 2023. I called and canceled on June 1st. The lady offered their membership to me for only $9.99 I rejected. Then I'm looking at my online bank statement and it showed checkfreescore.com got 1.Declined for $ 39.90 on June 6 2023 at 3:31am

I called as soon as I noticed and they assured me that the had not tried to access my account since may 29 2023 when they charged $1.00 they said they seen I canceled the trial on June 1 2023 . Yet they denied trying to deduct this monies 7 times. I even called Cash App and asked them if it was them doing this and they said NO ITS THE MERCHANT " CHECKFREESCORE.COM

I didn't use this app or egads it is and I got a notice from my bank to ask did I authorize this and of course I didn't. I got lucky cuz my bank caught the slick whoevers. I dunno how they got my bank card ether. So my bank blocked 🚫 my card and now I have to get another one cause of these whoevers. And I gotta set everything up again with my new card which is a dabum hassle. Thanks aggies you are. Smh..

I had a free 7 day trial I cancelled my subscription 3dsys before the 7was up
I got CHARGED anyways and when I contacted them I got the runaround so I was charged $39.90 for a site I never used and cancelled before free trial was up ..and they said there was nothing they would or could do..

Suppose to be Free Credit Scores from all 3 of the reporting agencies ??? After a large amount of personal info which was very time consuming ! You finally get at the end and they want your Credit Card Info in order to process your Free Credit Scores where you sign up for a longer term of more money if you don't cancel in a certain amount of time ! What a bunch of deception this company is engaged in ! Free is Suppose to be Free !!! Don't waste your time or give any of your personal info to this company ? They can not be trusted !!!
