Terrible experience. Spent hours finding a holiday today, located one on cheeky trip, phoned them and inquired, in the end they said the price had increased and we needed to pay more. Fine. NOW HES THE REAL PROBLEM. We agreed to the new price, and confirmed more than once there was no adds on and this was the price we was paying. As soon as they requested a £1000 deposit we transferred the money to then be told ‘oh sorry, the hotel is no longer available’ we have other options but you need to pay quite a bit more! We could not afford a penny more and that’s why we agreed on the original price for that hotel. So we requested a refund to the £1000 we just paid for that specific hotel deal, and guess what? They refused to refund us!!! They said we can not have our money back because they already sent it to the airline! We have spent hours on the phone to the airline or who was reluctant to help due to the booking being in the suppliers name and not ours! We had no confirmation emails no nothing, in the end the airline cancelled the flight but we are out of pocket by £1000 as the funds have been returned to the supplier who are refusing to return to us! I think the company is global holidays, trading on cheeky trip. we now have no holiday because cheeky trip/ global holidays will not refund us!!! I think they go by flash holidays or globe holidays, as these are what they answer the phone saying! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!! Now trying to recall the money from the bank, please cross your fingers for us, we are heartbroken we have been scammed like this. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

This company is awful. Total scam. I just paid £1000 deposit and then was told that the accommodation was no longer available. They then offered me a totally downgraded accommodation for a lot more money. When I refused and requested a refund, they said I could not have a refund as the flights had been paid for and the airline will not refund. I called the airline who happily refunded the money. However, it turns out the the payment to the airline did not come from my account, it came from Holiday Globe (cheeky trip) despite on my statement it showing payment was made to easy jet. I then contacted the company to explain the airline had refunded the money to their account and requested they sent it back to me. They have refused and stated they will not deal with my query any more. The representative called Sam said I was being difficult and that I am not entitled to the money back. However, this is my money and since the flight was refunded, I now have no money and no flight and cheeky trip has just inherited £1000 which they refuse to give back. I have raised the dispute with my bank so hopefully they will be able to retrieve the funds but please please please do not book with them. It has been the most awful experience

Live chat cut off when I was ready to pay, rang them and Sam was really rude and very unhelpful and unprofessional, customer service was atrocious

Price on website 1049, after few minutes chat with they advisor, price go up to 1599 pp. He couldn't explain me why price on website is different then actual. Avoid. Waist of time.

These guys are a scam people, do not use them!

Remember, if something seems to good to be true, it is... Don't get scammed.

Asked them to confirm price they said it was correct. Then when asking for card details realised it was more than double what he had confirmed. Fobbed me off that the price must have just updated. Also if you have a problem you won't know who to contact because it's like 6th party not 3rd by the time they have onsold.
They reel you in with false price, you can get it cheaper elsewhere.

I had an online chat & spoke to one of the advisors by phone & it appears I had been scammed believing I was booking with Cheeky Trip but was offloaded to Flashsale Holidays. Eventually I did receive booking docs but I felt very wary using this companty

❌❌❌❌ do not use these they are scammers! I read reviews but as we was paying all up front we thought that was final price and they said on the chat it would not be a different price and nothing would change once paid but as soon as we paid full they said there was only one room left on the site
And we needed to pay extra for a different hotel! We got in touch with the actual hotel privately and there was plenty of rooms it was just a case of they wanted to get more money out of us so cancelled straight away.
They ignored our messages and put the phone down a few times so went through our bank to retrieve our money❌❌❌❌❌do not use there scammers

AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! Possibly the worst company I've ever come across! Agreed holiday price, deposit paid of 450 then it suddenly went up in price then when I asked to cancel they added a cancellation fee of £78. Definitely not transparent in their dealings with customers!

The price went up, then once booked room wasn't available and flights were booked. Couldn't cancel. Had to pay extra. So much stress and still no confirmation. Avoid!

Ripped off, same as everyone else. You know those Indian and Pakistani cold callers that are always trying to scam us. This is them and when you speak to them in chats they always have a fake white man's name to garner trust. Turn nasty when you call out their shenanigans. One even spouted nonsense about price going up due to fuel prices and Iran war. The constant was that the flights were booked already and they were saying the hotel room price was going up.

Truly appalling customer service. Found price on the site for £285 for hotel and flights, then had an online chat and was quoted £896, I called to book. At this point the price went up to £999, as flight prices had gone up in the 20 minutes. They took money, booked hotel and came back saying all the flights had gone at 1130pm on a Wednesday night and I'd need to pay £500 extra to secure new flights. My hotel had been booked and couldn't be refunded. I asked for a refund on my flights so I could book my own which would have been cheaper although stilll more expensive then the impression I had first been given. To refund me they said I need to reply to the email with my hotel booking and that I must reply that all was correct and refund me. I was told if I didn't do this they couldn't proceed with the refund. I have no idea why it requires me to confirm the rubbish they had organised to get a flight refund. At this time I have refused this and now have no details of my hotel booking or my flight refund. These guys are scammers. You will not get anywhere near the prices quoted. They are extremely shadey and have a script that I assume normally fleeces people into having to take these holidays regardless of your unease and with now buyer security. If you are not happy do not reply to their emails because if you do you are giving them permission to continue with the transaction.

This company is not good in my opinion. They didn't answer my questions just wanted me to book and i felt pressured. This is not the way to treat customers. Cheaper or not i wouldn't book with them and after reading reviews I'm glad I didn't.

Should have a no star rating!...click on an offer at a from price...nobody ever gets that from price...as the hotel i was going to was the one I have been to numerous times I know that all the rooms are the same price...but they managed to bump it up £200pp...they should be investigated and charged with false advertising....

Total con artists !! When they call you back about the flights they make you think there booking your holiday but infact there booking your non refundable flights !!! So if u decide the final holiday is too expensive you loose your flight money !!!!

Got a price for holiday in antalya rang the broker for the price to double said that's a starting price so I said how do you get that price then ya can't so price doubled then wanted to sell extras holiday quadruple in price can get it through jet 2 for cheaper with more included wont use again

Was scammed out of £1455 by one of their advertisers!

They advertise a holiday, you book it and then phone you back 30 minutes later advising price has gone up (an additional £660 in my case).

When you ask for a refund, they try charging £350 “admin fee” and then refuse full stop.

Advertiser was HOLIDAY GLOBE (also known by other names)

Cheekytrip.com need to do more to protect us from fake scammers!

This is a scam! They supposedly offer cheap holidays, confirm the offer is valid, and then after you pay, they buy your plane tickets and hotel separately. Then you're informed that the hotel is fully booked and you have to pay extra, in our case £260, when the entire trip was supposed to cost £834! If you don't pay extra, they refuse to refund your money, and contact is difficult. When someone finally answers the phone, they lie and promise a quick response, but you could be waiting forever. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!

Unfortunately, despite the attached response, I haven't received any email from Cheekytrip with an explanation. I've checked all my folders. As you can see, my opinion is justified and true, and everyone should avoid this company to avoid being scammed.

Basically, false advertised prices. Nothing on the site says the price advertised is what it may have been at one time.
After making contact, it turns out that it was more than double the advertised price. The same hotel/flight combination can be booked for the same price so no benefit to using Cheeky trip.
