Rubbish ripped off my daughter & 3 of her friends....I was listening to them book in the background and alarms started to ring loudly...UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS BEFORE EVERYTHING IS SORTED.....they took card details then started to give details of times flights ect, then add ons and more cost once they had card details???...the holiday was just one flight company outbound one inbound??? She was asking about luggage... each flight company different rules so they would have been at the airport before realising how much more baggage they each had to pay at the airport unbeknown to them...absolutely bullied my daughters friend ( lead passenger) saying when she was asking questions of them he kept telling her she was not one of the passengers when she kept saying I am he said "I don't believe you" ...we then struggled to cancel it, in the end we did manage to but at a fee of £60 per person... gone to CC company to sort it out word of warning......STAY AWAY....

I have used Cheekytrip numerous times and find it brilliant. Easy too use and friendly staff I can't wait to book my next holiday with them on the 15th Feb. Great service thank you Cheekytrip

Great hotel very clean food and drink are great polite staff close to all amenities would definitely recommend this holiday

Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland- I stayed at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it it’s great for families the food was good staff were really helpful the kids pool was heated the lifeguards are really on the ball and the rooms are nice and clean. The hotels in a nice location with a row of shops just a 5 minute walk away

We had amazing holiday in Puerto Rico at the Riasol Hotel food was amazing views out standing gorgeous Delux rooms very clean couldn’t of wished for a better holiday

Marina hotel Benidorm is a lovely hotel it’s a party hotel but by far worth it it’s in a great location near the nightclubs and shops the hotel staff are lovely and the hotel rooms are very spacious and clean

Start to finish was a fantastic holiday. The hotel was absolutely stunning. Everything and more you could need. Location was perfect.
So many bars, restaurants clubs on your doorstep
And surprisingly wasn’t too noisy at night time
We had a pool view What they upgraded us for free And it was stunning , Would definitely recommend going again

Apsalute scam cheeky right enough pls do not use this Company will end up costing you a small fortune then when you challenge them about scamming you you're the one that gets abused and swore at disgusting company

Fabulous company! Was a bit dubious at first but no problems - excellent service from start to finish and their sister company Plan My Tour 🌟

Shocking company!
Morocco 7nights all-in £200. Rang them. 5 hours transfers. Within 3 minutes it had gone up to £359pp with flights changed to a closer airport. Told the guy I didn’t want to bother. Then he start shouting at me how much do I want to spend we can work this out. I hung up on him. 6 missed calls later the Mrs told him to sod off.
THEN… they had the cheek to attempt taking £300 from my card. Lucky I froze it after getting off the phone to him.
Wouldn’t go near these people again. Bait and Switch scam.

What an amazing holiday for an amazing price ... It's a shame when people haven't booked through cheeky trips and are quick to write a bad review. I can only think they do this because they don't believe the excellent prices Cheeky cheap trips off the public. Well done cheeky trips keep those fabulous cheap holidays coming... It's a 10 from me never mind Len 😂😎👍🏽😎

Value for money great weather hotel basic but clean food basic but good what’s not to like

Do not book with Cheeky trips.Total Scam.
Have contacted trading standards, & They have asked myself to forward all relevant information/ Paperwork to them.
Be very Careful.

Tried to make a booking with (Sheldon) who found flights and hotel on Cyprus. He then took FULL payment (having agreed 50% deposit only) then told that the accommodation was not available but had another Hotel that he wanted another £100 for. I refused this and then his Line manager (Jordan( offered the alterative at the same price, which I agreed to. THEN, Jordan told ne the second hotel was not available and that Sheldon had taken the full amount out of our account in two payments one for themselves and one to easyjet for the flights.He then offered either just the flights and book our own hotel or a full refund. I agreed to the Full refund, only to find the following day that the payment taken for the flight was £49.90 short. When I queried this I was told that Jordan was not in that day and I should contact them the following day. When I contacted them the following day they asked for all the details then told me that £49.90 was Easyjet cancellation fee. When I challenged this I was once again (reminded?) that Jordan was not in today ?? And I should call again the following day. So the next day I once again contacted them with no response at all and, finally told them that I would refer their Illegal withdrawal to the recent Authorities.

Following the above being published, I was contacted by one of their Managers (Irwin) who appologised for the lack of contact to sort this issue. He offered to return the shortfall of money taken from our account immediately and offered a discount on any future booking. Apparently, their main issue was that Jordan (Sheldons line Manager) had been off sick since he spoke with me and therefore unable to deal with this. It would have been better if they were straight with me and told me that. So in conclusion, we had a fairly amicable resolution and the Comoany did the right thing and appologised for their actions. I have still to decide if I should take advantage of their offer on any future booking, but I WILL think about it.
I have adjusted my star rating based on their latter actions and if I do take them up on their offer - who knows, maybe that will get them a higher rating?
Then agents I was dealing with fell under the banner "Plan My Tour" as Cheekytrip.com is simply a price comparison site.

Excellent Apartments very big , everything you need is provided .washing machine dishwasher ., coffee machine
The hotel is up a steep hill but there is a free shuttle bus into town or a taxi is just a few € . The apartments are self cleaning and you have to take your rubbish out to get your €200 deposit back .The views from the 27th floor are magnificent

Great company with great prices, agent was very helpful and there too help 24/7 when we needed him. Will definitely be using this company again, definitely the best we've used and found.

Tried to enquire & they was only interested in taking my money . Said I'd call back now getting bombarded with WhatsApp messages for a deposit then I asked how much is payment each month after my deposit and they didn't know until he got his calculator out. I then was put on hold to be put through to another team member , after 2 mins the same guy come on the phone pretending to be someone else asking for passport info . All the while it's dead quite in the background except cars going past outside . Hmmm glad I hung up b4 going any further . Shut this sight down... SCAMMERS AT LARGE

SCAMMERS , got to the hotel they didn't have our booking , the hotel kicked us out unless we paid £895 for the 5 nights ? We showed our booking confirmation and they said they hadn't received the money from the agent ? Spent 3 hours riding around morocco looking for a hotel , until I could get the Internet, after 2 days speaking to a BOT they paid the hotel and ee went back I paid £300 for a hotel in the meantime , they gave us a balcony for apologies NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Was scammed and told we have more solicitors then you laughed and hung up and now refusing to send the recording of the conversation which brakes data protection act do not use there scammers
