Love this toy

Love this toy! My dachshund loves to fetch but isn’t great at bringing it back and this is a great way to keep him busy and having fun! Can’t wait to get some good use out of it. Shipping was fast and the company was great at communicating with me when there was a mixup with my order.

Kickstarter gone wrong

I backed their Drinkie project on Kickstarter back in 2021. Although it was fully funded, the project failed and Cheerble promised refunds. For a while they were giving regular updates on the refunds, but they stopped over a year ago and so many still have not received the refunds or have gotten any word from them at all, myself included. This company does not care about the people who had faith in them to back a product that was not yet made. Extremely disappointed in how they are handling this situation. If they didn't plan to give refunds, they shouldn't have promised them. I will never trust this company for anything ever again..

This company stole money from me

This company stole money from me. I purchased their Drinkie Cat Fountain early with an ETA delivery date of Jan 2022. It never arrived I believe due to production issues. Was told refunds would be given. The last update that refunds were in process was in 2024, but I still never received mine. That was the biggest waste of $99, when it could go to the cancer care bill of my now much older cat.

Don't support thier kickstarter, you'll never get your product

Ordered 2 drinkie water dispensers in 2021!!! Have never received the product and never issued a refund back. $239 gone backing up their kickstarter! And they raised well over $400k from people like me and never finished what they started. Despicable and I will never support their company or buy their products again. Wish I could upload all the complaints from other backers.

Fast and empathetic support that really cared about the customer

I purchased a product on Amazon Japan. Unfortunately, I found a minor initial defect, and when I tried to request an exchange through Amazon, the only option available was a refund. Since my cats really liked the product, I wanted a replacement rather than my money back.

I decided to contact the support team by email, and after a very courteous and prompt exchange, they arranged to send me a replacement unit. Among all the customer support I have received from various companies, this was truly one of the best.

Thank you so much — I was really impressed, and I’d be happy to buy from this company again.

Extremely Disappointed - Never Received My Drinkie

I backed Drinkie on Kickstarter because it looked like an amazing idea and I wanted the best for my pet. I was Backer #1456, and to this day, I have never received anything. No product, no real updates, just the same repeated excuses over and over again.

It’s honestly so frustrating. We supported this project in good faith, and they completely broke that trust. They took money from thousands of us and then just disappeared into vague promises about production and shipping that never happened.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but people deserve to know what happened. I would love to either finally get what I paid for or get a refund, anything that shows they actually care about their customers.

Until then, I really can’t recommend this company to anyone.

Cat loves wicked mouse and a ball

I bought a wicked mouse and a ball for my cat and my cat loves them! The ball works best on hard flooring and the added bell always is a great attention-getter. The mouse was originally my cat’s favorite but I think there was a battery issue and it started to loose power. Customer service was excellent and I got a new upgraded PLUS version from the company. Highly recommended toys

Good quality toy with a variety of options

Delivered the wrong toy - dog toy instead of cat toy. Order was correct. Sent email, customer service was very friendly and quickly reacting, offering the right toy to re-send. It has arrived now, the cats love it and it‘s really good quality. Much better than the copies existing as more prey like options to trigger their hunting skills.

Unreliable company?

I backed the Drinkie on Kickstarter, and it became clear that Cheerble wouldn't be able to deliver the product. No problem, sometimes things don't work out. I followed their instructions on requesting a refund. I am still waiting, with no updates.

I'm backer 478, and it was over a year ago that they said they were processing refunds for the Drinkie on Kickstarter that they never sent out. I haven't gotten a refund and neither have lots of other people. Don't trust them. Don't order from them. Don't back them on any other platforms.
