On time, polite and efficient.

These guys were brilliant today. Another cab company left my 76 yr old mum stranded at the airport. They sent someone to her last minute. Their pricing was also much better than the deserting cab company. Thank you we really appreciate it.

They were very communicative, flexible, understanding, and patient throughout the whole process of getting out of Silverstone. I appreciated the support from everyone to make sure that the trip was enjoyable and smooth. Highly recommend these guys, price cannot be beaten.

Driver was friendly and helped to take our suitcases 🧳 🧳 to his car trunk. He took two carts for us and showed us how to push them to go at the airport. We like the carts. It’s big helpful. He did an excellent job. We thanked them so much. Smile!!

You did not deliver our food order for our important event, as we had asked you for.
When we called twice to check, because it was late, you assured me everything was fine.
We had to go and pick it up ourselves.

We used Cheetah cars twice, for airport transfers from/to Heathrow. We were impressed with the choice of cars and the upfront, transparent pricing. Booking is so easy, Rabia helped us a great deal via the online chat feature. On arrival at Heathrow, we were met by Mohit, who was so friendly and helped us load our bags, had bottled water in his (very clean and comfortable) car, and even gave us lots of shopping and sightseeing tips. I definitely recommend this service, esp after a long flight when you really don’t want to wrestle with your luggage and kids to get on the train!

I have used cheetah cabs for my airport excursions for many years and it saddens me to post this review. This is the 2nd incident where the vehicle sent has been dirty, smelly, and rather unsavoury. On the 1st incident where the driver, not only had a flthy old vehicle, and i had paid for a meet and greet which did not happen as he was late , but he later demanded extra payment for parking at heathrow which i had already paid for by undertaking the meet and greet option. I called in out of courtesy and did not even receive the courtesy of an apology or a follow-up. I decided to simply put it aside as a one-off and still used Cheetah for my collection from Heathrow last week and for my drop-off today. Unfortunately, once again, i get a filthy vehicle with a dirty tissue on the floor and crumbs. This is simply inexcusable and i will not be using this service anymore

Cheetah’s driver Jamil was punctual, efficient and careful in getting us home from Heathrow. Would recommend Cheetah highly. We usually use for airport transfers which are good value for money and very reliable.
