THE DECEPTION: In April 2025, they were instantly responsive via WhatsApp, promising a high-priority August 2025 delivery for my table. I paid the €849.50 (50%) deposit the next day. This is where their service ended. They are wired to sell, steal your money, and disappear.
THE LIES AND BROKEN PROMISES: Since August, communication has been a masterclass in deception:
🗓️ Fake Delivery Dates: They constantly offered dummy delivery dates that were never honored.
🏠 The No-Show: They confirmed a specific delivery date, I took the day off work, and they failed to show up without any notice or explanation.
📧 The "Backlog" Smokescreen: They claimed a third-party was taking over due to a backlog, asking me to reply to an email to get a solution in two days. When I replied, there was zero follow-up—they later asked if I had replied, confirming their lack of system or care.
📞 Ghosting and Avoidance: Their phone numbers seem non-existent. Calling via WhatsApp resulted only in immediate automated messages promising a reply on a specific date, which never came.
My last contact was a promise on October 10th, 2025, that a solution would be provided in two days. Predictably, nothing happened.
I have given up chasing them and am now pursuing legal means to recover my €849.50 from these thieves. If you value your money and your time, AVOID THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS.
24th November - ADDENDUM: SELLER RESPONSE AFTER POSTING REVIEW
Immediately following the publication of my initial review, the seller contacted me via WhatsApp. This sudden urgency, after months of silence, delays, and excuses, is incredibly telling and highly unprofessional.
* False Claim: They immediately claimed I "chose this way without contacting" them. This is patently false and completely ignores the extensive timeline of my documented attempts to reach them.
* Deflection: Subsequent messages asked if I wanted to "solve the issue" or "solve it the right way." The right way is simple: IMMEDIATELY REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT OWED.
* The Intent: Their continued refusal to simply process the refund—instead asking if I want to 'solve' it—only reinforces the suspicion that they are actively attempting to convert and retain the funds.
* Pattern of Behavior: They even sent copy-paste template messages (including some in Dutch), strongly suggesting that this is a generic response sent to multiple customers facing the same fraudulent non-delivery/non-refund issue.
🔴 IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION COMMENCED
As the seller has deliberately ignored the final, non-negotiable deadline provided for a full, unencumbered refund, the period for informal resolution is definitively closed.
I have now formally initiated proceedings through every available legal and enforcement channel. This includes:
* Filing a comprehensive complaint with all relevant Consumer Protection Authorities and Regulatory Bodies.
* Commencing formal judicial litigation to compel the return of the funds and seek damages under relevant consumer law statutes.
* Pursuing all available execution and enforcement remedies to attach assets and collect the judgment once issued.
I will pursue these actions with maximum rigor and full financial commitment until this matter is fully adjudicated and resolved in my favor.
