Never delivered my item, no response when contacted. Don’t waste your money!

Absolutely appalled that they have got away with scamming so many. Current auto response as at 23.10.23 reads : This week is the 21sth to the 27th of August, we will reply to e-mails and calls after 3.30pm each day, sorry for any delay.

Scammers!!!
Promises and promises of next week and a few days, but nothing was delivered at the end. We will be taking a legal actions to recover the money.

Scam. I don't know how they are still operating.

Kicking ourselves for NOT reading the Trust Pilot reviews before purchasing with Xenia Supplies/Chef's Zest. These are sister companies and both have legitimate registrations with Companies House under director Jessica Pankhurst. First small order placed to test the water - went OK. Subsequent order was placed over 2 months ago. Same story as many on here; these are partner companies. The order with Xenia wasn't acknowledged, nor was the payment we made up front. Over 30 emails sent so far and almost daily attempted phone calls. Initially we were able to leave voicemail (calls never answered or responded to). Now the phone number doesn’t even ring for Xenia. We managed to reach “Ed” at Chef's Zest on one rare occasion and he assured us that the order would be honoured by them. It wasn't and now their phone just rings out without response. Emails to both companies elicit an automated acknowledgement from Chef's Zest and the dates on these change so there must be someone doing admin! But no one ever gets back to us. We have requested a refund on multiple occasions without success. If you are reading this because they conned you too, please take the time to file a report with Action Fraud and Trading Standards as many on here have done and leave reviews on platforms such as this to help prevent someone else falling foul of what is blatant theft.

One star is too good for them, same as everyone else, ordered in May, no response to emails, phone number doesn’t exist now. DO NOT USE ITS A SCAM. Logging a case with action fraud 😡

This company is a SCAM.
I've sent them my hard earnt money. Not received my order.
Tried t call.....the number doesn't excist
Tried t email..... the address doesnt excist.
U should all avoid at all costs

Took money, no goods deliver, no respond, get away from this company.
Why this company still exist.

Do not buy goods from ChefsZest or Xenia Supplies!
They are owned by the same person per companies house and the strategy seems to be to take your money and not supply the goods.

They do not respond to emails and phone calls just go through to voicemail which is also not answered.

I have opened a case with Action Fraud and have also lodged a dispute with my bank to try and recover the money.

Scammers, trying to take them to small claims.

Ordered plates in 2022 and still haven't received anything today in March 2023. No reply to my multi email and phone inquiry and still out there accepting online payment. Xenia is the same sister company, with the same awful scam model.
Avoid these two companies at all costs!! Their directors should be locked away.

Like many of the reviews on here, I placed an order and received nothing. I contacted the company multiple times via email and tried calling but had not response at all. After 2 weeks of no response, I notified my credit card company in order to get my money. It was only after this, that I received my order in the post. This company is not compliant with trading standards and should be shut down. They are an absolute joke.

P.S. They also trade under Xenia Supplies Ltd (who have equally bad reviews)

I bought from the other company with the same director, Xenia Supplies. Same story there, they take your money and don't ship anything.

I'm in the process of taking them to small claims court.

Do not order from these scam artists!! Never recieved the product, they dont respond to emails or answer the phone!!!!!

Goods ordered and paid for but not received, no response to several emails and message left on answer phone, still no reply. SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT USE!!!!!

Like everybody else from here i place an order and didn't receive it, no answer to my calls or emails. For those in the same situation make a complaint here

Same as everyone else, ordered some things (digital timers) and nothing ever came. Crazy. No communication. Took my money. How is this possible, for Chef’s Zest to go on trading like this - or i should say, taking like this, as clearly no real ‘trade’ is taking place.
