I just used chegg when doing an assignment and used the answers it gave me instead of trusting my gut because I thought i was wrong. Well i was not wrong and every single answer chegg gave me was wrong. I am not even a little kidding when i say to use chatgpt instead of this awful shitty absurdity of a website

Doubled in cost in one year. Quality has plummeted. Waiting 5 minutes for a question to load when you are paying €22 a month is a joke. Also page is covered in ads. What exactly are we paying for?

I just submitted roughly 100 questions to be answered. I simply want to know if anyone can answer the questions or not because the "professionals" I have had responding to my questions are clueless. They sound like a 4th grader first off on half of my questions. Second off out of 100 questions 17 were right... 17. Just don't even have someone answer them if they are wrong. Simply have chegg say we can't answer this or something because receiving false answers from under-qualified pros doesn't help at all. Im proud to say I will have another 15$ a month now though that my subscription is cancelled so its a good day!

these goofy mfs charge to read an answer for a quiz question, which is the most braindead thing i've ever seen, atp ur better off using chatgpt than trying to navigate this website since it seems like their entire team has a collective of 3 shared braincells between them, and also i hope whoever pitched their business strategy got a perma-ban from linkedin so no one has to put up with their s***, honestly, wouldn't wish being that guy's employer on my worst enemy.

I first heard about this company when I saw unauthorized transaction from my account that was stopped by my bank.
I googled them and I surly never bought anything from them.

If I could give a negative review for them I would. We went online to cancel the account and it turns out that they have been charging me for months. When I phoned customer service they said they had another account under a different email. So basically they were charging me twice for a service that was not being used. The customer service is terrible and the product itself did not help either. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

It used to be good. There is another tool now that's wrecking it. Its called Thinkit by RudraAI. Their Rudra-S model is just crazy good. Go try it out.

the answers aren't legible (handwritten with bad handwriting) and their "30 day free trial" is a complete lie.

DO NOT SIGN UP! You won't get access to anything, they'll just demand you pay a subscription fee to finally access the content. No where was I told prior I would have to pay to view the content, I was told I had to sign up to access the content. Deceptive, and you then have to fill in a whole form to delete your account. Just don't bother.

Worst platform, they donot process refund even if u use it 10mins. Such a worst refund policy

Scam, stay away. First of all the responses are bad, and you can’t find so much help here. Second and most important, they are thieves, watch out. After opening a subscription and canceling it on the very same day, 6 months later my subscription is started again fraudulous :) currently trying to figure out a chargeback with my bank, please stay away and don’t this company that doesn’t see a problem in stealing people’s money

I canceled my subscription via the App , which is how I signed up. They still charged me. Even though they say you can call, you have to text. When you text they do not respond.
Use Brainly not Chegg lousy service and product!

This is the worst company for students. They are scammers and customer service is terrible.

Horrible customer experience, cancelled my subscription and then still was charged, tried to contact support but the support chat is literally an AI and the call is too choppy to understand anyone.

I actually used this service over 3 years ago at college freshman and sophomore years and I loved it then. Now it's practically replaced by constant AI slop and there hasn't been any great help if you asked new questions. The price has also seemed to increase with that and their instant answer feature now feeds off of their AI as well, practically unusable

Paying every month for help with assignments and chegg giving you wrong answers. When you ask tge expert questions, no one coming back with an answer. Waste of time and money. I canceled chegg since around June because I wasn't able to access my account. It telling me to sign up. Still being charged months after ( didn't even realize until today. The rep is telling me my account still active. When asked how come it telling me to sign up. Rep Jade can't answer.
