Completed the stadium tour today with a party including 2 young babies. Our tour guide ensured the babies were looked after and safe at all times. He was entertaining, humorous and informative throughout the tour. I would thoroughly recommend this day out and thank our guide for being so attentive

Treat fans like dirt. Waited in the ticketing queue for 40 minutes today for the Luton game tickets on FIVE different devices ios/MAC/android (on one device I even waited over 1 hour as I logged on at 9.30am, the rest were at 10am, so all bases covered). Got a message on all devices around 10.40am that the game was sold out. I have never experienced the system this bad before after years of purchasing tickets online. Chelsea need to upgrade their ticketing system, method of selling tickets to fans who pay their yearly subs year after year, This is only the beginning of the season and not even a top team game, so what hope is there going forward. Don't think I will bother again and forget the sub next year. Shockingly bad.

The food vendors just inside the gates , we ordered 3 burgers and fresh chips, what we received was absolute garbage for £39, luke warm partially cooked chicken burger and scraps of warm chips, TOTAL CRAP, Wish we had waited until we got inside as the food looked much better abeit just as expensive, my review is for food really as the football experience was great as brighton won 2-1

Best club in the world but you have to look at the security that you have they treat there staff like crap and half of them don’t do there job. servoca security margret don’t give a crap and they tell you when you join don’t do nothing about drugs. The fat manager Margret hired talks to staff even worst and if you say anything your sacked.

I’m a Chelsea fan of over 50 years and had enough of the crap ticketing system
Not been able to get tickets for months now so what’s the point of giving loyalty points if none of the games are done on it
Been to all 6 championships league games and now it’s the knockout stage can’t get tickets as they all go to the tourists and once a year fans stupid system where loyal fans lose out to people who some don’t even support Chelsea
That’s if for me and my family and friends for the rest of the season not going to bother anymore and have to have a think about being a member next year as theirs no point

Entry was organised, calm and efficient. Enough security to feel safe. Place was pristine the seats were fantastic! All staff were amazing too!
I think I speak for everyone when I say the food and drinks were expensive, but £3.80 for a pint of totally flat sprite that I reserved before the game for collection, but still didn’t get before the second half kicked off. I was expecting a much more efficient system at the bar, and better quality drinks.
Having said that about the drinks, the food looked amazing! Pizza, hot dogs, wraps, pies. Fantastic. Just need to be more organised with the drinks! (I paid extra to be in an area where you get served quickly etc etc)

We Won It All Tour - had a fabulous tour of the ground and trophies. The tour was brilliantly led by Albert (our guide) who was informative and entertaining. There was plenty of time to see everything and take loads of photos everywhere from the dugout at pitch side to the changing rooms and broadcast room. It was a genuinely interesting and entertaining tour, really well managed and perfectly paced.

The We won it All tour is brilliant. Dave, our tour guide, was great fun and very knowledgeable.

Best football club in the whole of London. I love the customer care, every time i travel to London to watch a game, I feel like staying for a month.
