Just brought a chelsea pjs £25.99 it's fake , and order number is different. Wow this piece of crap will be going in the bin where it belongs , as they charge you £6 for delivery a d then expecting you to pay the same to send this crap back.

Let's see what the bank feels about this , as customer services are nonexistent.

Bought items from the store. Delivery was good so can't say I had that problem. Items were ok but I had to return them as they didn't fit. They use a service for returns which is really expensive and is laughably slow. I am 9 days in from sending back and the courier has still not returned it to the store. I would have paid the same for next guaranteed delivery with royal mail. Really shocked how poor their service is.

Brought a Chelsea jersey from the official store online with a player's name on the back. Received the top in the post and under closer inspection the letters of the name were different sizes and the last two letters stood out more than the rest. Can't believe they think that is acceptable to send the jersey they obviously don't check and inspect the jersey before being sent out to me. Really disappointed with the quality of printing and service by FANATICS. I had a similar problem with FANATICS when I was in America visiting family I ordered a custom t-shirt with my name on the back and the print was meant to run down the centre on the back but it didn't it started to veer off to the right near the bottom of the t-shirt. Unfortunately, this company is the only way to get a player shirt from Chelsea Official Store. They did refund the money for the jersey and it has been sent back, and another has been ordered I just hope I don't get the same problem again with the new jersey. Please get someone to check the jerseys before being sent out in future FANATICS AND CHELSEA.

Do not order anything online, go to Megastore and buy it directly, Ordered gifts on the 30/04/2023 and today 14/05/2023 still waiting and no one to talk to. How can CFC online shop operated from Manchester? It is in London and it should be traded in London

Everyone must be cautious about shopping from them online! I paid 6.95 for express delivery. I received my item 18 days later and they did not return my express delivery fee! They are total scammers! I will never shop from them again.

It saddens me to write this review for I'm a Chelsea Fan, placed an order 2 months ago on their online store and until to this date I haven't receive the purchased items (total of 4 and it cost me £125). This is my first time to order from them and what a huge disappointment that I get to experience this... I don't know if I ever want to order from them again. Hoping that the management will look into these kind of issues, I even sent complaint directly to their Online Store Department, just so they know how they were treating their fans.

Courier failed to deliver item. I chased this up to establish why. The courier emailed and stated my item was declared a missing item due to a non-delivery. I emailed Megastore with the exact email that Evri had sent myself, and Megastore have told me I cannot have a refund as Evri apparently told them it was delivered, despite me forwarding Evri's exact email stating it was declared missing, onto the CS email to prove this. Poor form. Won't be ordering from you direct again.

5 star easy. Despite all these negative reviews, I got my order today (10th) and I only ordered my items 2 days ago, estimated delivery was for the 15th and it's arrived 5 days early with NO faults. Great service and a few discount deals on the site. Ignore the negative reviews please it's rival fans with no life. I have been lucky that my items fit me, I do know it's a bit dear to send items back. Usually it's about 4 quid but I think it's more 5 quid with Chelsea portal. Again great service and lovely clothes. Ignore the negative "reviews" from rival fans.

Finally had money to see Chelsea FC and bought two tickets as a present for my partner.
After spending £92 on each ticket and £88 on trains, Chelsea refused entry and said our tickets were fake/fraudulent and that they had, had to refuse entry to numerous others who had bought tickets in good faith from the same site as myself and told us to claim the money back.
I would not hold that against them but to try and claim our money back, I have emailed and phoned Chelsea FC on numerous occasions to ask for written confirmation that we were refused entry because of fraudulent tickets/scam tickets and they have not bothered to respond, which says a lot about their morals and loyalties to their fans.

Ordered a fusball table for my nephew at Christmas. It turned up broken. Sent it back. They lost it. Still battling for my refund. Shocking shocking shocking. It’s hard to badmouth my own team but this is a terrible way to treat your fans.

Following up on my previous review and still no news of Chelsea football club online. This is a team that we spend money to see as a season ticket holder. Rude !!!!!!

Awful quality, had to send the item back. They answered the first email advising they would give a full refund, to my numerous emails clarifying posting it back to them… no response. Still no response.

Finally got tired and sent it back, to not receive a full refund. I don’t have any hope for them responding to me now either.

Absolutely disgusting company, avoid like the plague.

My order never arrived. When I requested the refund that never came either. I am in the states so I am limited to email and the chat tool where I was told the refund was never confirmed even though I have emails stating different. I have it "confirmed" now and am currently awaiting my refund. STAY AWAY, as they will keep your money using any dirty trick they can.

Would give no stars if it was possible. Terrible Customer Service. Do not buy online. Purchased a Youth 3rd shirt on the 20th Nov. Received a adult 2nd Shirt. Customer service keeps fobbing me off. So many emails and phone calls made. No Christmas Gift to give and no refund made.

Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT PURCAHSE FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! We ordered our daughter a personalised Chelsea football shirt on 28/11/22. Very long story, it hasn’t come, we’ve had to chase several times to now be told it won’t be coming, it is now 22/12 and obviously the shirt was a Christmas present. Absolutely no customer service. Oh and the mug we ordered arrived broken due to lack of proper packaging.

If that will be possible I will give them 0. I placed my order which cost me £120 paid for next day delivery around £7 and waiting for delivery almost one month never receive my refund for that’s delivery. Customer service dreadful. I bought away strip kids. No numbers in stock. To print shirt. I’ve rung every day as it’s a Xmas present. No one has a clue. No one answers the phone. A fortune in cabs to get there. What a waste of time and £92.
