Faulty item no refund
Bought an electric toothbrush which arrived faulty, no charge and doesn’t charge.
I emailed customer service and didn’t receive a response so chased again only to get a reply referring me to the manufacturer, which is not in line with the consumer rights act. I shall not be buying from them again.
