DO NOT ORDER from this company if you want fresh cookies to arrive. I placed 3 gift orders at the same time and one arrived 3 days ago. Which means the other 2 will be at least 5 days after that (stale cookies don't sound that great). AND the gift will reflect YOU. Do NOT take a chance on this company

Cookies are delicious, HOWEVER the delivery and update status on the website are absolutely awful. The delivery is too far out and not reliable. The delivery is always later than posted and always disappoint. The chat with customer service is equally disappointing. This is not the first bad experience with Cheryl's, I keep hoping the customer service will get better to no avail. Over the years, the delivery service has just gone down. There are other cookie companies that care about customer service to use and I will do so in the future.

Never delivered the cookies. When I called to let them know, it took 30 minutes to reorder, then they called and said out of stock and offered unicorn cookies for college aged young man. Terrible customer services...fighting to get my refund...save yourself a headache...go elsewhere

Deliver stale cookies they take 5 days or more to arrive. When you contact them they blame the buyer here is the response I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. I have checked that your order was shipped on 09/30/2021 via FedEx and the estimated delivery date is from 10/07/2021 to 10/11/2021. Please be informed that the tracking information it is still in transit. The tracking number is 61299996009602887420.

Ruined my child's birthday by never shipping the order. Worst customer service with lie after lie. Dont order from here if you are actually wanting to receive your order

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE! They don't have a clue what is really going on. I think they are working from home. Can't talk to a supervisor (because there is none) and the biggest set of liars on this planet!!!! You are wasting your time if you think your order is going to be smooth sailing. Every word out of their mouths are a lie!!!

cookies suck john found a hair. chocolate chip with a hint of cookie. :( high expectation in the beginning but cookies lowkey garbo, disappointed. :( by the way bunch of cookie connoisseurs :(

Did not respond to 2 e-mail requests! Cookies were a FEDEX for 4 days before they shipped. Seriously?? Who wants week old cookies. Terrible customer service. When delivered- these cookies better be the BOMB! Incredibly unhappy!

This company has the worst customer service ever. There was never any management to help and it took hours on the phone talking to several agents( many of them hung up one me) as well as not being able to cancel both orders I made.

There is no corporate phone number or anyone to help you as well. Once they have your order and money, you are stuck with no help when your orders have problems with shipping or priced more than quoted.

If I could give them a zero, that rating would be too high .

Ordered cookies from them and will take 5 days to deliver. But they need to be frozen after 4 days. Customer service was no help. Will never order from them again. Save your time and money and get something else as a gift. Terrible customer service

I was very disappointed! My husband didn't receive because they didn't put the gift card in the box of cookies. When I called about they didn't care! Don't use and maybe there business will close!

Cookies were so-so--you could make better ones at home. After my only order they began sending tons of catalogs and sold my name and address to other catalog companies. I'm being deluged with catalogs I don't want.

Several packs (cookies are individually wrapped) arrived as crumbs in my first order. A replacement order was sent immediately at no charge. The second box was worse than the first. I wish I had visited here first. (But I can't post the photo.) If there were a Reviews tab at their site, they would no longer be in business.

My mom ordered the product for my uncle. It was his birthday, and they were needed within 2 days. Shipped overnight, got there on time. Thanks cheryl's.

Received 3 orders in the month of July. Each one had a 20% off coupon for your next order. Every one of them was expired:( Makes me wonder how old the cookies were? Called customer service. First time I was disconnected? How convenient! After several more calls, was told there wasn't a current promotional code they could give me, but would issue me a $20.00 credit. What I ended up with was a $10.00 gift card off my next order! Things weren't like this before 1-800-FLOWERS bought it! So very disappointed in Cheryl's Cookies:(

This company has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. When calling you will be put in touch with someone in India that will not be able to locate your account. Asking for a supervisor doesn’t help. My wife had a one year subscription for cookies. We needed to change the address which proved impossible to do. The one year is up, but we continue to get a monthly charge and no cookies. We have now had to contact our credit card company three months in a row to remove the fraudulent charge. When we do get hold of someone who seems to know what they are doing and say they will take care of the problem, they don’t. Whatever you do, don’t get involved with this company. You’ll regret it.

My daughter ordered a bucket of cookies on 6/20 for my 6/24 birthday. They arrived FedEx late in the day 7/6. A food gift for $37 plus what looks to be $12 shipping that takes that long? It arrived with a note that said if they aren't all eaten in 3-4 days, to freeze them. Apparently past their prime when they arrived?

You really know how to make the best cookie in the world , that blueberry muffin cookie really topped my cookie chain ❤️ And those bad reviews those people are jealous!

THE WORST
I am so disappointed in this company. Twice now YES TWICE they have completely screwed up my order. One was for a best friends birthday the other was for a niece and nephew. I obviously wanted their packages to arrive on THE special day. Both times they were “unable” to deliver my package. To top it off I called customer service five times, every time someone answered I was hung up on so then I resorted to sending emails. No reply!!
Funny that when I called customer service for an issue with an order I can’t seem to get anyone on the line. So today I called and pressed one for “I would like to place an order” and GUESS WHAT?!? someone answered and was able to speak to me in no time!!
Unacceptable!
I wish I could scream this from the rooftops! If I did/acted this way at my place of work I would be fired on the spot.
THEN WAIT! It get worse.
I received a text message about my order from UPS, with the correct oder number and info. asking me to pay $2.20 to deliver again AND AND it was asking for my address, SOCIAL SECURITY number and credit card info! So now I am concerned my information was sold.
