Poor customer service

@chicco I am surprised at the poor #customerservice by this so called “great company”. The product I bought thinking would be a amazing product has turned out to be subpar and my several attempts to reach out for a warranty claim has yielded to no result. #disappointed

Never delivered my order and no apology

Ordered an item which never arrived despite the extortionate £7 postage for a small, light object. I had to contact them 3 days after it was due to be delivered to find out they weren't going to deliver it at all and its been returned to the depot. I did get an immediate refund so that's something u suppose......but ZERO apology. The customer service is utterly diabolical.

Always use PayPal with company!

I ordered a highchair from Chicco and waited the 3-5 working days for delivery as suggested in a confirmation email. After the 5th day, I still hadn't heard nothing from them about when it will be dispatched so tried to contact them by phone and also on their Facebook and Instagram page but got no reply. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and requested a refund. I then received an email from Chicco stating that they didn't take payment even though it was showing on both my bank account and PayPal account. PayPal issued me a refund. Be very careful with this company.

Chicco Next 2 Me Forever Review From Dad

the design of these cots are so astronomically idiotic you have no idea. The extent of over engineering of the chicco next 2 me forever creates a product that is an absolute piece of garbage to use. how do i remove the door? my dad built the crib while i was at work, took him 3-4 hours and said it was ‘tough’. i’ve since tried taking off the door, because it’s annoying and doesn’t feel like our baby is sleeping with us at all, so much so she won’t use it. and taking off the door requires a phd in mechanical engineering. it’s a joke, the design is awful, the product is just so standard and blocky. hit my toe on the stupid feet more times than i can count. the zip snapped off. the wheel locks lock by gravity meaning its hard to move. the cheap little wheels get hair caught in them. the fabric is opaque and clostrophobic. i wouldn’t wish this crib on my worst enemy and the company is obviously ran by a bunch of incompetent fools that can’t create an instruction manual to save their life.

Dangerous unsafe product and company do not care.

Awful. I have been contacting since before Christmas, so about a month, as my next to me crib side keeps hanging over and several mornings I woke to it being over my baby's face. This goes against NHS guidelines, and the guidelines of safe sleeping with the lullaby trust, however chicco response was just that they think it is safe. My health visitor advised me not to use as it is dangerous. They are not responding to my emails and do not seem concerned or wiling to help me at all. Awful customer service and scarily dangerous product.

I am giving 1 star because it wouldn’t let me choose 0!!, terrible customer service I wanted to purchase a replacement lap strap for a chicco baby chair to save me having to purchase a whole new chair especially at the moment where you have to watch the pennies!!. Was told this was not possible?? really Chicco!!

Ordered cot spares 8 working days ago, they gave a delivery time of up to 5 working days. Have taken payment and not responded to any of my emails/messages. I have no idea if this will arrive in time, my baby is more likely to arrive before the cot parts. So annoyed

Do not purchase anything chicco brand

Do not purchase any of there product .their warranty is a joke doesn't even cover much. My stroller broke and they are saying it's not a manufacture defeat so it isn't covered yet it broke when openings it correctly and closing it . We only had there travel stroller system for 7 month and it broke. Save your money go to a better brand . Avoid at all costs

3 months later I'm still waiting.

Ordered a forever next to me crib in October via BabyPlanet. And it's been delayed twice and expected now in Feb. Who knows if it will be delayed even further. I'm due my baby next week and the bed is now due to arrive weeks after the baby. When I ask anyone for compensation they reject it and instead tell me its out of their control. You've given me anxiety and sleepless nights. Shame on you.

Focus on marketing, poor functionality

I had poor experiences with two separate Chicco products. The first one was a next2me magic crib. The plane of the crib is not parallel to the floor, it tilts to one side. This means that the baby has a tendency to always turn his head to the lower side, potentially leading to plagiocephaly. It boggles my mind how something as simple as a crib can have such a crappy design. But hey, it has swinging functionality, even though it fails at its basic purpose. The other product I had a poor experience with was the Natural Feeling bottle. The bottle does not fully close. It has leaked on various occasions. If you carry it in a backpack, you need to guarantee that it will stay completely upright at all times, otherwise it will leak. I don't understand how Chicco can put out these products with such glaring design flaws. I will from now on associate Chicco with a focus on marketing rather than on guaranteeing that their products are functional, safe, and well-designed. Steer clear.

I'd give them zero if I could

I'd give them zero if I could, I took my next to me crib out of the box to put up in preparation for our arrival but it had to legs from the right side so won't click into the crib properly. I contacted chicco and they asked for proodlf of purchase. It was purchased by my gran A few months back, unfortunately she's passed away now so can't get the receipt and was told there's nothing they could do. The proofs surely in me having the product. I'm not asking for a full new product just the left leg for the base.

No Phone Contact - Shocking Quality Toys - Avoid!!!

No UK telephone number, just email. Products are either damaged or incomplete! As a consumer resolver, I will be requesting a thorough investigation of this Company trading & production methods. No UK Customer Service - 2nd Chicco product with a problem (that is with the 2 Chicco products purchased)! Please avoid this Company at all costs - buy quality above cheap, inadequate pricing!

Brilliant service

My Chicco Best Friend stroller's chassis snapped. I emailed Chicco to inform them it was still in the 2 year guarantee period. My email was acted upon within 24 hours.
The response was positive, a replacement chassis was dispatched straightaway, even though my address had to be amended.
Big thank you to Luke the service handler for your professionalism.

Very impressed by the company. The product hither to had been excellent and obviously the company adhere to guarantees.
Well done!

Refusing to deliver to NORTHERN Ireland, which is part of the UK

Ordered a chicco next 2 me crib replacement mattress in mid December, my baby is now due in less than 2 weeks. I have been chasing this order up for weeks to now be told they won't be delivering to Northern Ireland. Pathetic. Another big company using brexit as an excuse not to deliver to NORTHERN Ireland. Rubbish customer service I will not be supporting or buying anymore chicco products. Should have been give much more notice and contact that they would be not proceeding with my order, over 3 months later. Utter shambles of a company.
